We also felt that they provided their services at a very reasonable price for what was provided. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we travel to Italy again in the future.

John with Jadd Fong Travel was so great to work with that we're planning on booking our next vacation with him! We booked our first cruise ever and wanted more guidance than just getting a cheap price online and doing all the legwork ourselves. John has been such a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he has been professional and he is always smiling, laughing, joking and having a good time. He's been a travel agent for many years and is extremely knowledgeable, especially about cruises. He makes himself available to you day and night and never once made me feel like I was pestering him when I asked him detailed questions. He was able to book us an amazing room with an ocean view for less than what we would have paid just using an online service like Expedia, and he even secured us some on-board credits to use. He took care of everything so that we just had to sit back and wait for our departure date. If you need to book a trip and want a little more guidance, give John at Jadd Fong Travel a chance! You won't be disappointed!

The membership itself isn't expensive at all and it's really for peace of mind (granted when I used to live in Washington, I think I was a member for 5+ years and really only needed to use it once for towing a car that wouldn't start). I also like that you can also go in to get some information related to travel (though I'm really more of a digital person and rarely a store/brick and mortar person these days) and some insurances that members may need. I had the opportunity to work with Ursula on helping me find some insurances that I may need. To my surprise, it was a better price than I could get from my existing car insurance, so I was happy I was able to save a bit. I also like that when the home insurance quote that they gave me was more than what I'm currently paying with my existing insurance, they didn't push me to sign up with them at all. Instead, they try to see if they could help with the insurance that I want and see if they can make it as affordable to me as I could (paying at once, using the onboard app, helping me redeem my giftcard that I got in their adv email etc). Overall, I'm pretty satisfied and happy with the service I got. Ursula was super pleasant to work with and I am happy to go see her again if I need any help with quotes, etc.

Fortunately, Jason saw a post I made on Hurtigruten's Facebook page and he asked if he could help. I am so thankful that I turned my reservation over to him! Jason coordinated all the remaining particulars of the trip for me (excursions, additional stays on the front and back end of the trip, and transportation). In the middle of the trip, Hurtigruten e-mailed all the participants about a daylong delay. Within two minutes of my getting that notice, Jason also messaged to let me know. He was totally on top of things and stayed in touch with Hurtigruten to find out exactly what was happening and determine the impact to the rest of our itinerary. The morning I was leaving, Jason texted me at 3:00 a.m. to let me know that the transportation he had arranged for me was waiting in front of the hotel. That is what I call great service! I highly recommend Jason. He was a real lifesaver!
