Have to be able to speak up for yourself early on so that you are not just on standby. Parking is fine...just watch for the slush. The cleaners do their best to clear out the snow on the road so u do not have to pull out and use your snow chains.

I walked in mumbling something like "uhh I ride kinda switch and sometimes hit side hits but also like buttering around," and within five minutes she had narrowed my choices from "all of them" to "these exact three that I won't hate by February." Her product knowledge is scarily good like if bindings had a trivia night, Sophie would win a free lifetime supply and then give half away because she's just that nice. I walked out with premium bindings for less than the "discount" price I was about to pay online (before shipping, tax, and the inevitable regret). 10/10, five stars, two thumbs up, would let Sophie pick my bindings again in a heartbeat. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being pushy. Once we made our purchase, they assembled ans setup our boards. Being a few moths out of season, we got a GREAT deal. They have boards and skis with all the accessories. They also offer seasonal rental which is awesome when your kid is still growing. The price for seasonal rental is very reasonable, you'll make it back quick, when you consider the price of the seasonal rental is anout the same as a day rate at Crystal or White Pass.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a man and a woman, both very kind. Immediately I was told the backpacks might be "more than what I'm looking for," even though I hadn't said anything about my budget or what I needed. I'm hoping the intention wasn't stereotyping me, but the assumption made me feel a bit dismissed, and it changed the tone of the interaction. Im not calling anyone racist but I'm not sure if me being Latino or not your typical skier (appearance wise) gave them a quick assumption that this wasn't my place to be. They still offered me to walk in and browse but I was already turned off by the interaction. I ended up leaving because it felt awkward. I think the staff meant well, but it would help if they asked customers what they're looking for before making assumptions. It would make the experience more welcoming.

We were able to make informed decisions regarding each part chosen to build her skateboard. We originally came just to look and see what they had, but we decided to get her skateboard here because the staff was superb! To top it off, they were very friendly and welcoming towards us, who didn't know the first thing about skateboards. There is no need to look anywhere else! These guys are the best!
