First of all, the price was hands-down the fairest anywhere nearby. I called multiple shops before choosing this one, and everyone else gave me outrageous quotes. JB Customs offered a price that was extremely reasonable -- honestly shockingly cheap for the quality of work. And the install? Ridiculously fast. He works with surgeon-level precision but somehow finishes everything faster than any shop I've ever dealt with. The light-up pony came out flawless -- clean wiring, perfect alignment, no gaps, no issues. It looks factory, but better. The door sills (non-illuminated) were installed perfectly as well. Straight, secure, spotless -- exactly how they should look. Not a single scratch or misalignment. On top of all that, he's friendly, honest, and clearly takes pride in his craft. No upselling, no pressure -- just real professionalism. If you want any custom work done -- cosmetic, lighting, accessories -- JB Customs is the ONLY place you should take your car. Fast, fair, flawless. This shop deserves way more recognition.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This has been the most disappointing and…read moreunprofessional service experience I've ever had. Their "24‑hour turnaround" is a marketing fantasy -- my vehicle was kept for days, and every return visit has been a waste of time. My favorite was scheduling the appointment and them not having the material and going to my appointment then driving all the way back home to ask to come back at 5 and then having them wrap the spoiler in black. The wrap looks terrible: the black is already fading and peeling, bubbles keep reappearing (guarantee the service on the wrap but when is it completed and when does the customer have to stop coming back), and I've now had to bring my car back five separate times with no real resolution because the issues keep resurfacing. It is crazy. To make matters worse, the workmanship caused damage on the interior of car. My brand‑new 2026 Tesla did not come with a slice in the front window cloth beam passenger side-- but it certainly has one now. Debris is trapped under tint near the driver's window, and scratches are visible under different lighting on the wrap. The shop's response? Blame the customer and suggest adding PPF to "strengthen the material," which is basically an admission that the wrap they used is low‑quality. It has only been a month! The financial impact is infuriating. Removing their failed wrap will cost nearly as much as the original job, and getting the car wrapped correctly -- the way it should have been done the first time -- will push the total to around $5,800 (this is excluding the removal cost), when it should have been closer to $5,800 with proper guidance and options presented. PPF should have been offered upfront, not dismissed with excuses yesterday-- "it would have cost more." Let the customer make that judgement. Read the reviews -- they're accurate. Like others, I checked my Tesla cameras and saw they weren't even working on the car during the extended delays. Nothing about this experience has been honest, consistent, or professional. Gave me different times to pick up the car but always pushing the time out and again tesla has cameras we are able to see if you are working on it. The only part of the car that looks decent is the spoiler, and that's saying something-- but it has only been on the car 2 weeks so let's see how it holds up. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the damage. This was the worst service experience I've ever had with a car--- EVER!!!

My car feels so much cooler inside during the summer time, and I love the rejection of the UV. For reference, this is 15%. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. I love their mentality of treating their clients as family, cause that's the type of trust you want in a shop. You sincerely will not regret going to these guys, they're worth every penny.

But when i called Essential tints, they basically broke down everything i was looking for and even told me i can come by and check out the wraps they have in person. So after going there and meeting with the team, Sam, Martin, and John. They all kind of broke down the best options for me to move forward (considering I will have my car for 7-10 more years). They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now.
