When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. I also preferred a local installer in Northern Virginia, and Sky NRG fit that requirement perfectly. We signed the contract on July 26, and the panels were installed on September 10. Megan handled the HOA permissions, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule when Sky NRG found an opening that suited me.
