I luckily, told by my car, that I was loosing pressure and was able to turn around and make it home and schedule service. But they showed up early and fixed it fast with a tire plug. For years when i had tire problems when I had spares. Tire shops would also tell me that they couldn't patch it and I had to buy a new set. Some how this changed in the last few year that patch are acceptable...? I think all the tire shops just wanted more money. It's not like I changed on what I'm running over causing the leaks. So it must have just been Discount tire and Costco always pushing for more money from me and not wanting to do the correct job. These guys are great. They even told me that they provide roadside EV charging service, just incase you ran out of charge. So no towing to the next super charger just plug in and wait 15 min and you get another 100 miles to drive on to get home to charge.

They've always completed maintenance requests within a few days. The leasing agents are super nice and helpful. I think the yard work could improve by my building and I wish there was more parking closer to my unit but that's really it. It's a quiet complex. I feel safe. Love the view of the lakes and all the birds. Just pay your rent on time and living here is a great place.

When I…read moremoved in, the apartment was filthy--there was urine on the toilet and walls, thick dust everywhere, and it was obvious no one had bothered to clean before I arrived. The grounds are constantly dirty, with dog poop all over, and many units have serious water damage. The management is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful before signing anything--they'll talk about a 12-month lease during the application process but then slip in an 18-month term without clearly telling you. In my case, they had me sign a form stating the lease would end in 12 months, then moments later added an 18-month lease that I didn't notice right away. It felt deceptive and dishonest. To make matters worse, maintenance will just walk into your apartment without any notice. It's scary and a total violation of privacy. There's also a constant police presence here. While the place is advertised nicely online, actually living here is a totally different experience. I absolutely cannot wait to leave. Do your research and read every single word before committing to this place!!!

I contacted Chuck with Brighton EV and he was somewhat prompt in returning my call and scheduling some time to come to my home to give me a quote on installing the wall connector. We set up the visit for January 8th between 8am and 9am. Chuck messaged me the day before and asked if it was ok if it was more like 9:15-9:30 because he was training a new employee. I said it was fine. Chuck didn't show up to my home until about 10:45am and he was unprepared. He said he left his glasses in his truck and couldn't read the amperage of any of my breakers or the wattage on my water heater and had to have his trainee read them. He also seemed to not be actively listening to me as I told him I had 2 air conditioners and when the trainee was reading off the breakers he mentioned a/c one and a/c two but at the end of the visit Chuck said, "Oh, you have two air conditioners?" He explained that I would need a permit from the Town of Gilbert, which I confirmed as accurate. He said that the Town charges $150 for the permit but that if I didn't need a permit he'd knock $100 off of the install. Ummm, where's the other $50 going then? He also explained that he would send me an estimate and if I was ok with everything I would accept the estimate and pay a $100 deposit. The estimate never showed up. A few days later he called me and said he had his engineers working on this and it wasn't looking good. Overall he kept making this project seem like it was a larger project than it really is. Tons of people in my condo community have EV chargers in their garages so I'm not sure why this was such a challenge for Chuck. I decided to go with another company for the install. I was not going to hire Chuck based solely on the fact that he was over an hour late to the appointment. But then there were all these other aggravating factors and when he finally did show up, he wasn't prepared.

We were not aware Peoria required a permit to have the charger and this was unknown until submitted paperwork for solar. APS held up our application until we reviewed attained a permit. When reaching out to car charging pros, they claimed it was an easy process..it was not. Car charging pros said they could submit, but it was pricey. After my failed attempted, I emailed requesting to charge me to have the permit completed. At this point I was ghosted by the front office team. Eventually I found an electrician willing to help (for a low cost). This entire ordeal took 7-8 additional months to finally get the permit finalized.
