This Supercharger station has a gabunch of bays (like 24 I'm reading) and is located in a great shopping area. We were able to grab lunch and a coffee from Starbucks while at the same time, charging the car to the max! Located in the Torrey Hills center, the shopping area that the Supercharger sits in has a big Vons Market, a large medical office building, and a variety of national, regional and local restaurants and businesses. It has little tables where you can sit and eat, or sip coffee or just relax. We'll be back, next time we're in the area!

Entrance off La Jolla has speed bumps so lower vehicles be aware. Also there is a loading dock for trucks on left hand side. As soon you get top of hill hang a left near the round about and enter parking structure. For those coming from University Center as soon as you make that right turn the parking structure is on your right hand side, you'll pass Fleming prime steakhouse. This charging spot is shared parking with other business. Reception in parking structure is ok if your trying to stream. Possible wifi if your a customer for any of the business above. If there is a cue for charging it might be difficult to see who's next as the parking structure is a little tight on space. This is great place to charge for those coming up the 5 freeway from or going to work. I'll be going here when I need a charge after work.

Less time to be bored and makes the time go by faster. I decided creating a destination point for The Charging Station on Yelp would be beneficial for other EV drivers.

Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel gave us a higher floor complimentary upgrade. We were super excited to check out our room. Upon entering our room, we realized that it was not cleaned properly. The floor was sticky and there was a used tshirt, perhaps from the older guest, lying in the closet. We were pretty disgusted by the room and requested for a change. However, they mentioned that there were no rooms available and only provided a room change after a day. However, we felt pretty uncomfortable about being pushed to stay in a dirty room despite complaining and raising concern. The next morning, we decided to spend some time at the pool and play pickleball. They have really good facilities and the hotel itself is very nice. The only downside was our experience with the room. They did change it after a day but the initial experience was so bad that I would not recommend this hotel.

I saw a few items labeled vegetarian and I asked what recommendations the server had for vegan options. She told me what was easy to be vegan on the menu and she offered to check with the chef. She came back and gave me more options, which was nice. The dinner menu is different from the lunch menu. I think the lunch menu had a falafel burger and a quinoa vegetable dish. So, for dinner I decided to have a southwestern kale salad without cheese and sub the dressing. I also got a side of roasted veggies. It was a nice variety of veggies and everything was fresh and tasty. I shared the roasted veggies with my husband because it was enough to share. I was very satisfied with the salad. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone ate their dinner and enjoyed the sunset. Great place for a guest.
