After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. (Putting my trust in Danny since these were quite noticeable as I left the shop. ) Great pricing with Lifetime warranty, too! Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

Gus was professional and honest when I brought my car in to get the factory speakers replaced. I'm glad I came here as I've had really bad experiences at car audio shops in the past. The speakers sound nice they adjusted my head unit to the proper settings and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Being a girl, people think I don't know anything about cars, but I didn't feel that way here. I Will keep brining my car to Car Audio Land for upgrades. read more

disappointing. shop used to be 'okay', but now they hardly ever show up, cancel almost all appointments, and take their damn sweet time when they actually do work. they should be going out of business within the next few years. if you want to feel like you are back in high school, and the homie is working on your car for a 6-pack, then go for it. but, if you want a professional experience, and your work to be done by a competent individual, then go somewhere else. read more

Emad took the time to show her how everything worked and answered any/all questions she had. The shop itself is very easy to find (on Claremont Mesa Boulevard near the 163 freeway) and the show room is super clean. They have a lot of products laid out and you can ask for a demo. Overall, we had an excellent experience here. Service was exceptional and this shop is super clean with a huge selection of products. Ive learned that as did a system for my son recently at another shop & after digging some, some some wiring issues that shouldnt have happened, running a 4 gauge wire for a 1800 watt amp that clearly calls for a 1/0 gauge power cables, amp has a 1/0 gauge terminal & so on... Skip & his team did an amazing job on my tacoma & the re-do on my son's ford ranger. He was patient with my OCD asking questions, processes, questioning things, etc... Skip & his team do great work & wouldnt consider going to El Cajon or santee from what ive experienced again... Have another system in the works....
