Yesterday we were locked out of our home for almost 4 hours! The first locksmith did a hatchet job on our back gate and walked off the job after 1 and a half hours. Mo, from Everywhere Locksmith, was the second locksmith we called. (If only we had called Everywhere Locksmith first.) Eddie responded right away, we had a tiny banter confirming what I was looking for. He actually suggested that I could do it much cheaper by not replacing the locks and just fixing them and then rekeying them. He said it would depend on the condition of the deadbolts when he got there. They could've taken advantage of me because I was out of town and he was relaying over the phone. Before they started the repair he called me to confirm that I was excepting his quote and assessment of repair. From the very first call, when I excitedly announced that my key had broken in the lock, to the completion of the job, we were impressed with Mo and Eddie 100%.
