Just an update that the business has still failed to make this right. They'll call and say that…read morethey're gonna get back to me and make it right, just enough to give me hope it'll get fixed. Then silence and never heard from again. I've called and called and called and always get told there's no manager available and they'll call me back. I've been into the store, I'm given the same runaround of "I'm new and can't help but I'll leave your number". Never hear another word from them. They dragged it out long enough making me think they'd fix the problem, so that I could not file anything with my credit card for fraud. Very disappointed in the amount of money I had spent there the last couple years and the amount of money I spent on this couch to have been scammed in this shady dealing with them.
