I loved the Mountain View and our big open windows. The check in and out was super easy and the location was perfect. It was close to Zion, Bryce and Kanab and some amazing surrounding hikes. Honestly the only bad part of the trip was the WiFi. It was almost impossible to watch tv with how slow it was. I think if they were able to figure that piece out it'd be a solid 5/5.

There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive...the road isn't really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don't skip it! The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a dog on a log. We got up early and departed. Our one night stay was just what we needed! Thank you, BW Abbey Inn!

It took me a minute or so before I even realized I was talking to an AI - this was the most interactive AI I've encountered to date. Great speaking voice and had zero problems answering several random questions asked in natural language. Really only knew it was an AI when it stuttered on reading back my credit card number. Check in desk staff was super friendly and helpful. We have 2 small dogs so they put us in pet friendly room that was clean with vinyl flooring so any accidents would be easy to clean up. (Not that this is an issue with our dogs but I always question hotels that have carpet in a pet friendly room - like what were you thinking?) Bed was comfy. Water pressure was fine. There was a big dirt lot right next to the rooms where dogs could potty. If I was forced to find a single gripe about this place it would be about the other guests - not the hotel. Rude dudes with big dogs who think leash rules don't apply to them. (Parade your over-compensation around on a leash next time, eh buddy?) I plan on making this place a regular stop in the future. Everyone from booking to the office staff and especially my Guide Cassie. I had a great experience and would never go anywhere else. I was so hooked I came back 3 days in a row and they answered a TON of my questions along the way! You can see from my video (which Cassie took) how awesome and supportive she was. I really appreciated having a female guide too. I am sure the male guides are great, but being a solo female traveler it was fun to have a female guide. Cassie clearly enjoys this and it felt more like hanging with a safe and knowledgeable friend vs. just being another customer. The machines themselves are in perfect working order and were ready well ahead of my appointment time. They also offer rentals without a guide and a variety of tours. I tailored my tours to what I wanted to learn and see since I had never done it before but prefer rock crawling. The worst part about the whole thing was that I couldn't stay forever and keep exploring with Cassie. Their shop also had little bibs and bobs to buy if you want gloves or face wipes or whatever.

The bed was very comfortable on the linens were good. There was even a little mushroom lamp on a desk. The pool was small, but it was a perfect size really with some comfortable chairs around it, and some umbrellas to protect you from the Utah Sun. I would definitely come back here.
