I called and talked to Luke on the phone and described what my 11-year-old daughter was looking for in a bike - I had a make and model in mind. They didn't carry that specific one, but he spent 15+ minutes looking online and making suggestions of similar options. We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. If you're looking for something that will last your kids many years, I highly recommend coming here.

Reasons why I'm leaving a 5 star review:…read more 1. Greeted right away like we were friends with out feeling like I was being sold items. 2. Every one there was super sweet friendly and held conversations while also trying to help you find what you were looking for without trying to necessarily sell you items. (They wanted you to buy what you wanted/felt good in not just anything) 3. Willing to walk you around to help you find what you were looking for. 4. Helped answers questions without feeling like we were a bother. Explained in good detail to help me get a good idea of what I was getting into. 5. They were great at multi-tasking. 6. Equally friendly and serving to others in the store. 7. Most importantly the clothes are NOT hand wash only. I'm sick of finding cute clothing shops that are hand wash only. 8. The clothing was set at a decent price. Some super affordable while others I would call in the middle. Nothing that I found was over $100 or really over $70. It looked like good quality, or at least what you're paying for. I wish I remembered everyone's name. Mallorie stuck out, but there was another girl who was working the front (she helped me location some of my now favorite hats). I feel like although I am not a fan of the Gulch I wouldn't mind coming back here to buy clothes.
