Cathy leads with love, compassion, and a spirit of sisterhood that transcends race, gender, and background. I've witnessed it, and I've experienced it firsthand. Since discovering Catwalk Couture, I've stopped shopping at major department stores. Instead, I make the conscious choice to support businesses and people like Cathy--authentic, gifted, and deeply rooted in purpose. I don't know what the split is here. Probably 40-60% to the store, but we'll find out. There's a great selection of shoes, although a couple of pairs of boots were truly hideous. One wonders not just why they were designed, but why anyone bought them. They are, weirdly, arranged loosely by color instead of by size. This doesn't really make sense to us. The majority of the shoes are in small sizes, alas. There are nice clear stickers noting the sizes, so that's helpful. But you have to look at alllll the shoes to try and find your size. This is slightly annoying. I only found three pairs in my size. There may have been more, but I got tired of looking. The selection of purses is okay. Lots of classics, a few (IMO) passé pieces. The bags seemed to run about $3000 and up for Chanel. Prices seemed high ($500+) for St. John, but good to keep in mind if i decide to consign any of mine. Chanel jackets were around $3000 and up. There's also a fair amount of costume jewelry and scarves. You could easily find a complete outfit here, depending on your size. There was a gorgeous pair of Christian Louboutins in my size, for $535, but I have enough high heels, sadly. These were a deep green suede. I am a fan of New Balance sneakers. When I returned to Long Island to see my dad, I was up to…read moregetting a new pair of New Balance sneakers. In the Lake Ronkonkoma area; the places that I'd find New Balances in the past such as Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and the New Balance store by Smith Haven Mall were m.i.a on a good selection of them that were reasonably priced. So on my second full day on Long Island, my dad and I headed out on the Long Island Expressway to its easternmost end at Tanger Outlets to check out the New Balance Store in the eastern quadrant of the outdoor mall.      When I visited on May 16, 2024 at 12:30 pm, there were plenty of parking spaces leading to a short walk in my worn out New Balances to the business. When I walked in I passed the tables and racks of New Balance apparel on the way to the back where I explored the aisles of New Balance sneakers. I found the aisles to be nicely organized and clean. The left half of the aisles merchandised women sneakers where the right were men's. The aisles were further broken down by sneaker type and style. For example, I saw an aisle for training, another for walking, and so on. With this commendable selection were an impressive variety of sizes. Unlike some stores specializing in footwear, there were several sizes of each sneaker on the salesfloor.     The sales associates were helpful and patient. On account of how difficult it was for me to find a size that was comfortable to wear with my Superfeet insoles, it was necessary to go through boxes of sneakers to find the right one. In hindsight I should of taken a photo to show all of the boxes. The Associates gave zero issue as I tried on several pairs. One of the Associates went as far as to measure my feet, although the measurement was incorrect.    Thanks to the abundance of different sizes, I finally found a size 9E that fit comfortably. Complimenting the impressive selection of sneakers were the prices. In my mind, this store is the best deal for New Balance sneakers. After all this is a factory outlet store. On top of the low prices they offered some additional great deals that included 25% off some of the sneakers.    Based on my leading check-in here on May 16, 2024 at 12:30 pm, I can myself returning here when I visit my dad on Long Island. My Dad had even said that he plans to go to the Tanger Outlets more often than Kohl's.

It is an unassuming place from the outside and to be honest I haven't heard about this brand before. Rightfully so as i believe they started around 2010 unless im mistaken. Saw they were featured in Forbes! How cool is that! But what really made me decide to check the store was because i saw a few good locals wearing the apparel so i thought "this brand might be worth buying" lol. An excuse to just go buy something on a weekend haha They sell clothing and a few accessories such as caps. The fabric of their clothing are sturdy but light. The sweaters looked perfect for fall and the texture of the tees were nice, soft and comfy. I opted to buy the sweater as fall as is coming up soon. The corduroy cap caught my attention right away too and I thought hubster should have it. Literally said our thank you and goodbyes to the staff but stayed in the car a good 5 mins until i convinced my husband we really should go back to get the cap lol good day today!
