Their fishing/hunting sections are especially resourceful and always satisfy. One problem I had was that it was rather hard to find assistance as I was looking for cleats. The representative argued with me about NY state procedure of giving and reclaiming IDs saying " I've been getting driver's licenses in the state of NY for 40 years and they never took my old ID when I got a new one" I replied by asking " so in that 40 years did you ever renew a out of state license from Texas to NY?!" He quickly stood down but by that time I was done arguing NY state law and left. I will never buy a knife gun or amp from this store again!

Their hours are also all over the place and when they did a BOGO sale they ended it three days sooner than it was listed and basically told me I was shit out of luck. That is an illegal practice to bait me into coming to the store and then claiming the sale doesn't exist. The sale was supposed to be until April 26th but they pulled the sale on 4/20!!! Do not support his company. Michael Rubin spends his whole summer in the Hamptons and do you think he visits his closest store? THINK AGAIN!!! He he has not been there ONCE!!! Also showed up there at 8pm and they were closed when the hours on their website say until 9.

She walked over and asked to help we said we were looking for a certain color and size she immediately cut us off while we were talking and belittled us saying she can make this more easier on us her stance at this point was very aggressive and she looked angry then we asked her for a different size she said that they didn't have meanwhile we saw in top what we wanted we had to ask her again now for the box on top she continued just cleaning and yelled to her other coworker that this whole aisle where we were standing had to be redone causing people to look at us up then huffed and got the box on top it dropped down almost hitting my friends baby she was holding. The assistant manager said well there it is did not even apologize we then caught on to how she was behaving we questioned her if she had a problem that we didn't ask for help she goes I was on my way to my break as if we interrupted her! We said go we didn't stop you my friend then asked to speak to the manager because this was now getting ridiculous she then began to wave her badge in front of our faces saying she was the boss. Me and my friends we were a group of 4 we all had a purchase we were gonna make but unfortunately due to her treatment we simply placed our purchases on the ground and left I have never experienced something like in my life. She doesn't even deserve a star it was only to post my review

I hadn't been here for a long, long, long time. I am still exceedingly disappointed over their…read morediscount pricing structure. However, I had some time to kill while Toby was being groomed, so I thought that I would look for some cognac, taupe, or burgundy boots. Alas, the vast quantity of shoes and boots were all man made materials. I will not, with virtually no exceptions, put that garbage on my feet. Feet need to breathe. So my choices were quite limited, since leather uppers, much less leather uppers AND soles, are difficult to find. I did find a couple of pairs of short boots, which was lovely. However, all the boxes had been mutilated and were absolutely USELESS, so I left them at the store. I really dislike mutilated boxes, or missing lids. If any of these rather expensive ($250+ retail) boots came with shoe bags, those were missing, too. I wish they wouldn't clumsily hack away at the boxes. Ugh. The boots don't fit in the Container Store shoe boxes, just the boot boxes. While I'm happy that I was able to find boots in both cognac and taupe, it will probably be a long time until I return to DSW, unless I keep looking for burgundy shoes/boots. I don't buy shoes online unless I know what size I wear in the particular brand.
