Brought the parts to them and offered to pay for that portion of the labor but was told insurance would cover it and that they would even have a cushion to cover our deductible! Get the car back several weeks later and instantly felt the rear end swiveling every time we would hit a bump! One night my husband was making a left turn and the car acted like it wanted to spin out of control so he immediately pulled over and we got it towed to the house! Take the rear tire off and find that the nut to the bolt that holds the control arm is not there!! How it was aligned before they released the car back to us is a mystery!!!! This could have been a deadly mistake had this happen at a higher speed than what he was luckily going!!

Then after 6 months my truck was finally totaled ( this could have been and should have been done in month one) and the insurance company is still fighting with these people to get things lined out.
