Chris my advisor promised me my car last Friday but apparently took a half day and there was no communication my car wouldn't be ready until Monday. Finally spoke to a manager, Tyler, who promised my car would be ready at 5 on Monday it was currently being washed. The car is covered in white water spots and looks like a 3 year old washed it. I turn the car on and immediately have error messages on the dash for my TMS, Chris tried to tell me I just needed to air up the tire. Once I said no that wasn't it and he needed to go look at it, he told me to still take the vehicle and he would come pick it up at some point and repair it. Of course I left the vehicle because the job is not completed and I'm not taking possession of a vehicle you have not finished fixing. I tried to call the manager Tyler back, as I was instructed to do if there were any issues, once when I was leaving after finding the error, and once this morning to see if they are resolving the issue. He is now ignoring my calls and I have no resolution estimate at this time. They may have changed their name from Autobody Express to escape the bad reputation but rest assured, the level of work here is still subpar. UPDATE: 7/22/26 - I'm back to continue my review not that I have car. Tyler text me yesterday at 10AM and I quote said, They had picked up the new sensor that morning and offered to bring me my car when it was fixed and return my rental for me. Offered to put gas in so I didn't have to worry about it. I expressed my concern that I was worried there could be other unresolved damage they ignored and he assured me he drove the car himself. The best he could guess was that the sensor failed from internal damage you are unable to see from the outside. It was internally damaged from the wreck. assured me it was being replaced. 4:40PM comes around I call and ask where my car is. They haven't even left to bring it to me yet so I told them I would just come get it. I get there, the car is still filthy and Chris tells me they didn't replace the sensor, they just cleared the error message. HAD MY CAR ALL DAY TO CLEAR AN ERROR MESSAGE AND IT STILL NOT BE CLEANED. I arrive home from picking up groceries after getting my car and open the door, it makes this incredibly loud banging sound. I send a video to Tyler immediately. He ignores me. I show up to Caliber at 7:30 the next morning where I'm informed they're in a meeting and I'll have to wait for someone to look at my car. Chris and some other man come to my car and look at the door, say it's an easy fix, take the car, come back a few minutes later, and tell me they just needed to tighten down the bolt on the hinges. THIS PLACE IS SO NEGLECTFUL. DO NOT COME HERE.
