Business doesn't stand behind life time warranty! I had my…read moretruck repaired there it had 28,000 miles on it was less than 2years old. The front bumper was replaced along with other parts. The truck had no rock dings on the old bumper at 28,000 miles. After Precision Collision in Bossier City painted it Within 8,000 miles the paint started to blister up and chip off. By time I got it back to Precision Collision Curry the owner claimed it was rock chips and there Was no Lifetime Warranty on rock chips. We went around and around about it and he said if he repainted it it would cost him $1500.00 out of his pocket. So he claimed it was rock chips no warranty. He had his paint both guy come look and he made the same claim rock chips. There was at least 100 places the paint blistering had came off. I told them both for 28,000 miles I have driven on I-49 and I-30 with no rock chips and now traveling 8,000 on same roads I have 100 rock chips. The response from paint booth guy was you can get rock chips on I-49 and I-30. Then they both told me to take to another paint and body shop and see what they say. I took the truck to 2 different body shops in Plano TX. The first one said the bumper had some kind of contaminant on it when it was painted. The second one laughed when I told him that Precision Collision had claimed it was rock chips. He said there was a contaminant on bumper when painted or the bumper was not primed before painting. I replaced all parts on the truck with OEM parts the cost on my part $1800.00 above what the insurance company would pay. The OEM bumper was primed. The third paint and body shop in Louisiana told me that when painting a front bumper You spray on a Harding liquid (don't remember what it's called) and it has to have time to dry. He told me that they put the final coat of paint on the front bumper before it dried and the liquid is what is blistering up and chipping off the paint. He said Curry should have taken care of the problem. AGAIN THERE IS NO LIFETIME WARRANTY AT PRECISION COLLUSION!

I went to this location for an oil change for the first time today and was blown away! My car was…read moretake back immediately and I was escorted into the wait area. The waiting area is very nice: very clean with lots of nice leather seating. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. My oil change was finished very quickly (about 15 min or so). My technician was Kendrick, and he was absolutely the best tech I've ever had! He walked me to my car to give me an update on my car's condition and calmly and efficiently explained all the fluids they had checked and filled. He then says, "Now please don't feel pressured at all; we have a few optional services available." He then explained several optional services that I could choose and said he could give me pamphlets that explain when I should get them done. I was amazed!! I have never been treated so well at a car shop! I always feel so pressured to buy all the extra services and feel put down as a woman walking into a mechanic shop. I told Kendrick at least 4 times what an exceptional job he was doing and how much I appreciated him. I will go back as soon as I need to!

This has been a terrible experience from beginning to not even over yet. Chris my advisor promised me my car last Friday but apparently took a half day and there was no communication my car wouldn't be ready until Monday. Finally spoke to a manager, Tyler, who promised my car would be ready at 5 on Monday it was currently being washed. The car is covered in white water spots and looks like a 3 year old washed it. I turn the car on and immediately have error messages on the dash for my TMS, Chris tried to tell me I just needed to air up the tire. Once I said no that wasn't it and he needed to go look at it, he told me to still take the vehicle and he would come pick it up at some point and repair it. Of course I left the vehicle because the job is not completed and I'm not taking possession of a vehicle you have not finished fixing. I tried to call the manager Tyler back, as I was instructed to do if there were any issues, once when I was leaving after finding the error, and once this morning to see if they are resolving the issue. He is now ignoring my calls and I have no resolution estimate at this time. They may have changed their name from Autobody Express to escape the bad reputation but rest assured, the level of work here is still subpar. UPDATE: 7/22/26 - I'm back to continue my review not that I have car. Tyler text me yesterday at 10AM and I quote said, They had picked up the new sensor that morning and offered to bring me my car when it was fixed and return my rental for me. Offered to put gas in so I didn't have to worry about it. I expressed my concern that I was worried there could be other unresolved damage they ignored and he assured me he drove the car himself. The best he could guess was that the sensor failed from internal damage you are unable to see from the outside. It was internally damaged from the wreck. assured me it was being replaced. 4:40PM comes around I call and ask where my car is. They haven't even left to bring it to me yet so I told them I would just come get it. I get there, the car is still filthy and Chris tells me they didn't replace the sensor, they just cleared the error message. HAD MY CAR ALL DAY TO CLEAR AN ERROR MESSAGE AND IT STILL NOT BE CLEANED. I arrive home from picking up groceries after getting my car and open the door, it makes this incredibly loud banging sound. I send a video to Tyler immediately. He ignores me. I show up to Caliber at 7:30 the next morning where I'm informed they're in a meeting and I'll have to wait for someone to look at my car. Chris and some other man come to my car and look at the door, say it's an easy fix, take the car, come back a few minutes later, and tell me they just needed to tighten down the bolt on the hinges. THIS PLACE IS SO NEGLECTFUL. DO NOT COME HERE.

Not something you misplace -- someone took it. I called the shop, and all I got was "this has never happened before." Well, it never happened to me before either. Look, it may seem like "just food," but if someone is comfortable stealing something so minor, it raises serious questions about what else they might take. I really wanted to keep this place in rotation because of the great value and service -- but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

I believe they now have a whole new crew since they changed owners. I know I've never dealt with the front guy before. I went in today to get an oil change on a Mercedes Benz GLE350. I didn't want to take it to the 5 minute places because sometimes they check everything and sometimes they don't and the Mercedes dealership in Shreveport is out of their minds for what they have listed on their website for an oil change. The guy was friendly enough but not overly so. As with many businesses today they are dealing with the problem of under staffing. I didn't keep track of how long it took for the service but it didn't seem terribly long, especially seeing as how they had to go to a parts store to get the oil I needed since they didn't stock it. Unfortunately I did not ask them to check the air filter when we started this process. I assumed that that was something that would be checked as part of the oil change. It was not. The guy said since they were short handed they tried to get customers in and out as fast as possible. Sure, I want fast as possible but I also want it done correctly. How much longer would it have taken to check the air filter and replace it if necessary? That was the whole point of me coming to your business was because I wanted it done correctly! The charge was far more reasonable than what was listed on the dealerships website but I'll probably just do it myself next time. I wont be returning to this location to have my oil changed and recommend if you do (1) call before you go there to make sure they have the people and time to do it and (2) express in detail what you want done and checked in the write-up process.
