I ordered the chicken bowl, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous without feeling too heavy. Everything in the bowl worked really well together, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the quality of their food. This was also from my Uber Eats pick up order so I will be returning and dining in! What stood out just as much as the food was the service. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I ordered. They were also extremely thorough when putting my order together and made sure everything was correct, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. It's always nice finding a place where the food is consistently good but the customer service makes the experience even better. Kareem's definitely delivered on both. I'll absolutely be coming back, especially for the chicken bowl, and would easily recommend them to anyone looking for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food and genuinely great service!

I love that I can customize everything exactly how I like it. For the Cobb Wrap, I remove the tomatoes, add extra egg, and ask for easy lettuce and it comes out perfect for me every time. The extra egg makes it even more filling without feeling too heavy. The Caesar Wrap is another favorite, especially when I want something quick and easy to eat on the go. And you can't go wrong with the Chicken Caesar Salad! It's simple, fresh, and satisfying.

I like a good southwestern salad and Simply salad has two options for me: their El Paso and their 'Cue. Chicken, romaine lettuce, crispy elements, beans, cheese. What's not to like? When I get their salads, I generally don't enjoy their supplied pitas; therefore, I prefer getting their salads as wraps. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered my wrap with "medium" portion of dressing, I had to supplement my wrap with my own sauces. As a wrap, I'd recommend getting your dressing on the side, or "heavy" dressing if you're eating it right away. Lastly, when you order in person, it can take a bit of time; therefore, I try to order ahead through their website or through doordash (as a pickup order).

Service provided from the two kind ladies were wonderful. We had a group of ladies and they were so quick to serve us all. I will continue to visit in the future because this place is fantastic.

Solid spot for poke bowls if you're in the Cypress area!…read more I was in the area for work - and the hotel I'm staying at is right next to Uroko Poke. Have gone here twice now! It works just like any other Build-your-own Poke Bowl spot. Assembly line-style with the employee on one side and you're on the other side of the glass picking out how to dress up your poke bowl. Employees are friendly, prompt, and efficient. Bases are white rice, brown rice, salad, broccoli - the white rice here is pretty solid - moist and fluffy - not dry or old like other spots. You get your choices of up to 6 sides - I picked spicy crabmeat, regular crabmeat, seaweed salad, avocado (first scoop free), mango and pineapple. Choice of protein - pricing based by # of scoops: 2 @ $16, 3 @ $18, 5 @ $21. I got my usual 3x Salmon. The fish here is fresh, does not carry any smell, didn't taste slimy or frozen. Sauces - I went with my usual mix of sesame oil and spicy mayo. Toppings - First scoop of masago is free, and a dash of green onions completed my bowl for me. Everything tasted fresh - and when you consider that what sets the price is the # of scoops of protein - it's a pretty good deal considering the base and everything else is normal serving scoops. Lots of seating both inside the restaurant and in the outdoors dining area. I just took my order back to my hotel. Tons of free parking alongside the food court, near El Torito. The only downside is their "revamped" Rewards system. Based on the previous reviews, it used to be a punch-type system where you get the 10th bowl free. This is how a lot of the other Poke bowl spots I've gone to work. The new system really works against you. You get 1 point for every $14 or so spent - and 24 points gets you $10 off. My medium poke bowl with tax and tip came out to $20.51 - and yes, I only got 1 point. In other words, not only do you not get a free bowl even after buying over double the number of bowls needed to previously get a free bowl, but once you hit 24 points - you only get $10 off. Pretty pathetic, hence the reason I knocked off a star.

I ordered the "turkado" (12.50) & not only was it huge, it was delicious! Stuffed with lettuce, tomato, avocado, quality cuts of turkey, cheese, and mayo. It was the perfect size and very filling! I told my co worker about it and she thought the sandwich was expensive and I told her nope, it was a decent price (especially since I cannot make a decent sandwich to save my life lol). I also ordered two cookies at 1.00/ea (not overpriced like some other sandwich chains that shall remain nameless lol). Staff was efficient and friendly. The only gripe I have is just the location as I had gotten lost initially and it is located in the TJ's parking lot so it is congested, but I will definitely be back as the sandwich was so worth it!

I was surprised at how large the bowl was and the meat portion, in a great way. I definitely did not finish it. My husband had mentioned getting it again a few times but I hadn't made my way back down until recently. Part of the reason was that I started trying to eat less bread and white rice than I used to, and the thought of a large bowl with a lot of rice wasn't appealing to me yet. Then I looked at the menu, and noticed that they had a bulgogi salad. How good could it be? Did I want a green salad for dinner? Boy was I wrong. This bulgogi salad is friggin amazing. There is so much meat that is full of flavor, and their dressing is amazing too!! Now I have gone again not much longer than the last time I got the salad. This is my winning dish. Parking is horrendous but if you're patient, you should be able to get a spot within 15 minutes. Once you get Park, you will go to the lines that are set up outside that wraparound several lanes. The lines outside are at least 35 to 45 minutes just to get into the inside line. When you get to the front, let them know if you're going to be dining in or taking out or visiting the coffee shop. I advised that everyone who is not dining in immediately go to the bakery to the left, this is because you can always get your coffee or beverages after you get your pastries with little to no wait (5-10 mins) at the coffee shop. The bakery and cakey lines are packed. Take the time to look at all of the displays to find out what you may want before you get to the front. Know that people behind you are waiting on you so be mindful of that. Before I even get to the front, I have looked at all of the pastries to determine how many of each one that I want to try. There are so many options. I had a wonderful person named Brianna helped me she was new and in training and she did an excellent wonderful job helping us get our pastry order. She smiled. She had really good customer service and she clarified my order before she went to gather all of the things and packaged them up. Once you're done getting everything packaged up, you meet them at the payment counter to the left, which is between the bakery and the bakery counters. After you pay for your food, you're welcome to go get your beverages at the coffee shop, but the line there is not long at all. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Portos if you like baked items and pastries. They do have a restaurant that I have not tried yet, but the the pastries are what I come for. One of my favorites is the guava and cheese pastry.

The Wagyu was savory without being overly rich, and the chicken breast was lean but still really flavorful. I also chose a double order of the macaroni salad for both of my sides instead of the kale salad or the other original side. It was a little extra, but completely worth it. It's hard to find places with really good macaroni salad, and this one did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the entire plate.
