I purchased a fruit and veggie combo box online as "Everybody's Family Fruit". Process was easy…read more When I went to pick it up, people were very friendly and directed me to where I needed to go, it was a mix of workers/shoppers. I think they could obvi see my confusion. Didn't have to wait long, they loaded it in my car, and thank goodness bc the box was heavy when I was bringing it into my house. Good thing my fingernails were short or I might have chipped a nail. If you're weak like I am, you might want to get help bringing it in your house. It was hot though and I only wanted to make 1 trip so I did it. Anyway, important stuff-good variety of stuff. Some stuff went bad a little bit quickly, but I still used a majority of the items. (Beets and red peppers) Standout items imo - Blackberries- sweet and juicy Corn- super fresh and sweet Avocados- delish Def would purchase again

Treat their employees (drivers) like race horses. Just over working them and not appreciating them. New drivers every week because they have such a ridiculously high turnover rate. Completely terrible company. I will reach out to every restaurant person I know and advise them to get quality fresh produce somewhere else. These people should not be in business.

July 2025…read more McClendon's...My Saturday morning addiction! If you know, you know...and if you don't know McClendon's yet, let me be the one to lovingly shove you in their direction. I've been shopping with them for years, mostly at the Uptown Farmers Market, and it's become a non-negotiable part of my weekend routine. Their fruits and veggies? On another level. I'm just telling you that once you taste their organic produce, it ruins the grocery store for you. I'm not being dramatic...okay maybe a little...but seriously, everything just tastes better. The carrots are sweeter, the citrus is brighter, and don't even get me started on the herbs. Fresh. Fragrant. Plentiful. I buy more than I need every time because I can't help myself. My fridge is so happy to be filled with all the herbs! It makes cooking seem way less like a chore and more like something wonderful that I get to do! The team is always kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. You feel good shopping with people who care about what they do. Bonus? I actually spend less money here than I do at the store. Significantly less and for a much higher quality of food! It's wild. Totally worth the drive! Bottom line: McClendon's is the gold standard of Arizona farming. Your taste buds will thank you. Your wallet probably will too.
