Out of all the tomatoes in the bag, maybe three of them were actually GREEN. Most were green on the outside, but beginning to ripen inside. Several were even visibly ripening on the outside. I sliced up the greenest and a few of the least pink and put them in the freezer. The rest I diced up, removed the seeds and pink jelly. I'll use them to make a batch of hot Chow Chow relish so it's not a total loss, but still. Disappointing.
