Uptown made it happen by her deadline. The Uptown embroidery shop-Louis, and his assistant (who sits at the front desk) , were very patient and helpful and came through! Most places do not want to do just one item, but Uptown understands that if you're happy with one item, that you're coming back for future orders, and I will be back. However, yet again disappointment.

The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Worst business man I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I went to him in November 2018…read moreas a referral from a friend to order 40 shirts for my 50th bday celebration in February 2019. I came with a visual idea and was informed he would be able to do it or something close to it. He sent me a draft text and i had changes and he would not send me drafts of the changes but kept telling me that it look the way I wanted. Fast forward to when it was time for me to pick up my t-shirts. HE ASKED ME what date did I want the shirts and I gave a date of January 25, 2019. That week I asked him what time should I come to the shop to pick them up and he said, "around 6." Now it's t-shirt pickup day and I'm en route to the store where I placed the order and I receive a text from him informing me that the "shirts will be done by 6:30" and asking me if I could come to "the other location" which i knew nothing about and it was 40 minutes away from me! He stated if I could not make it to the other location then he could meet me at the original location at 7 (I guess that's what he meant when he said "around 6"). I get to the other location and when I arrived, HE AND SOMEONE ELSE WAS STILL PRINTING MY T-SHIRTS. This man had over 2 months to do these shirts and he waited until the day I was to pick them up to START PRINTING them. I ended up waiting over an hour for him to finish and at no point during this process did he offer an apology. It is definitely a lesson learned for me. He got me for $580!
