After hearing so many good things about Heather, I decided to set aside my fears & make an appointment. Heather was genuinely caring & understanding. She kindly explained everything to me, before my actual massage. She took extra time to make sure I felt totally secure & safe. Even though I was still a little nervous at first, I quickly came to feel relaxed. She asked me about how much pressure felt best & took special care with my most painful joint areas. I can't believe the difference in my pain levels & even mobility. I lost track of all my physical issues & personal stress. It's quite obvious that Heather REALLY loves her work! She has a very special gift. Thanks, Heather & B's Bodywork. Count me in as another devoted client for life!

Dishonest, greedy, uncooperative. I spent my savings to buy my poor sister a massage as she was so…read moreuncomfortable in her pregnancy and found this place that was near her that looked like it had decent enough reviews. I guess I'm getting a worse experience than those that left the reviews. After sending my sister the certificate that I had already paid for, she reached out to schedule an appointment. They set up a time but my sister went into labor a few days before so she had to cancel. In the process of trying to rebook another appointment, it has been extremely frustrating trying to get ahold of anyone. They stopped responding to her texts so I jump in trying to get it scheduled and it's radio silence. At this point I just want a refund if she's not willing to provide the service but no one will return my calls. I don't know what else I can do besides come on here and warn you not to pay for any service from her until after you get it cause apparently she'll just take your money and run if you let her.
