A year later I had both knees injected with stem cells, PRP, vitamins. Minerals and oxygen. It worked very well. I handled my own luggage on two trips to Israel, one to Rome and also to England. I walked a lot. I would definately recommend them.

I've had a chronic…read moreillness since I was a child (I'm 40 now), so I've spent the last few decades going to doctor after doctor and getting no help at all. In fact, the doctors usually hurt more than they helped. So I started doing a lot of research on my own and was able to finally find some relief with diet restrictions, but I didn't want to be restricted and barely surviving my whole life, I wanted to be free of illness and thriving, so I kept looking and I finally found Dr. Wright and Julie. They figured out I've had several infections (Lyme, Epstein Barr, etc.), which other doctors had tested for, but they didn't use the right tests and so failed me just like all the other doctors failed me (I'm pretty upset at our healthcare industry if you couldn't tell). I'm now infection-free and feeling so much better. I'm still going to the clinic to help rehabilitate my poor body because after being sick for a lifetime, it's taking a bit more work to recover fully. But I feel so much better than I ever remember feeling already, so while I'd love to not be pouring all my money into healthcare bills still, I'm finally seeing real results and that makes it worth it. You have to be open-minded about some things they use, like the biometric machine (or whatever it's called). I thought that was a bunch of hooey at first, but it's turned out to be an invaluable tool. I can honestly say Dr. Wright and Julie gave me my life back. Also, everyone that works at the clinic is AMAZING! I love them all so much. Some of the IV treatments can take several hours to complete so you really get to know the people there (both the staff and the other patients) and without any exceptions, they are all so kind and wonderful. It's a lovely feeling being able to go to the doctor and being welcomed instead of feeling like you're a problem they don't want to deal with or you're interrupting their gossip sessions at the front desk. Dr. Wright also is constantly researching and learning new skills and keeping up on the latest information, which makes him a unicorn in the medical profession. I finally found a doctor I can trust!

I'm incredibly disappointed to write this review because I'm an existing patient and have genuinely…read moreliked Dr Orozco and valued the care he provided. I've never had an experience like this at his office before. Unfortunately, after today, I won't be returning. I arrived for a scheduled follow-up appointment and was told I had to pay $150 before I could be seen. I explained that I have already met my deductible, but was told that because I haven't met my out-of-pocket maximum, their office policy requires a $150 pre-payment. That didn't make sense to me, so I called my insurance company while I was standing in the office. They confirmed that my deductible is fully met and that I'm responsible for 20% coinsurance. They also checked the anticipated ultrasound and estimated the allowed amount at $101-$136. I understand there may have been additional responsibility for the office visit or other services, and I was absolutely willing to pay whatever I legitimately owed. The issue wasn't paying my bill--it was being denied care for questioning an unexplained $150 prepayment that didn't align with the benefits information my insurer provided. Unfortunately, the way I was treated when I tried to explain this was worse than the billing issue itself. While I was explaining what my insurance company had just told me, the front-desk employee wouldn't look at me. I stopped talking and waited until she looked up. She immediately looked away again. When I waited for her attention a second time, she snapped, "I'm listening even if I'm not looking at you! I have work to do and you're wasting my time!" I was stunned. I wasn't yelling or being disrespectful. I was trying to understand why I was being required to pay $150 before receiving medical care when the information I had just received from my insurance company didn't seem to support that amount. I asked to speak with the office manager. A woman in scrubs who has previously roomed me as a patient stepped forward and identified herself as the office manager. I explained the situation again and was told that the $150 was their practice policy and that I could not be seen if I didn't pay it. So I left without receiving my scheduled follow-up care. I have since filed a formal grievance with my insurance company and asked them to review whether this advance-payment policy complies with the practice's obligations as an in-network provider. I was also uncomfortable with the practice's paperwork requiring patients to keep your credit card on file and broadly authorizing future charges. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I really did like Dr Orozco. He has been a great provider, and until today I would have recommended him. But as the owner of the practice, I can't completely separate the care he provides from the policies and patient experience of the office he owns. Patients should be able to question excessive upfront charges--especially when the information being provided by the office conflicts with what their insurance company is telling them--without being treated like an inconvenience. The front-desk representative was dismissive, unnecessarily confrontational, and seemed completely unwilling to even consider the insurance information I had just verified. Being told I was "wasting her time" for asking a reasonable billing question was astonishingly unprofessional. If this is the person the practice has chosen to be the first point of contact for patients, I sincerely hope they reconsider. No patient should be treated this way. Great provider, but this experience and these office practices were unacceptable. Patients deserve better.

If you want to be treated like a human being every time, I would avoid this office as if your life…read moredepends on it -- because it does. They won't tell you until it's too late, but if you no-show for an appointment, these people will drop you as a patient INSTANTLY. They may tell you that medical records and a referral are required to see the doctor and then ignore your attempt to communicate about meeting these requirements before said no-show. (Do not count on text communication with this team). None of this bodes well for someone like me whose severe endocrine disease contributes to major executive function trouble. I wish I had been better about making arrangements, and I own the part I played in being prepared for my appointment. I scheduled a month in advance, yet still couldn't quite make things happen in time. I didn't do enough. Don't be me! Regardless, depending on who you speak to about it when attempting to reschedule, you may be treated with respect or you may be deliberately humiliated and treated like a duplicitous teenager trying to get one over on Mommy Dearest (looking at you [t]Angela). Based on this fragile no-show policy alone, the intentional disrespect from some (not all) in the front office notwithstanding, it's hard not to see Dr. Orozco as a cold, self-absorbed (have you seen the website?) man who prioritizes his own ego over your well-being. Maybe charge a no-show fee or get over it like literally everyone else in the medical care industry. All things considered? In short: Decent medical care requires compassion and human understanding, so I would not trust this office to provide quality care. The Hippocratic Oath is not taken seriously here. A patient's health is more important than a medical professional's pride or sense of convenience. Period.
