They offer alternative exercises if you have had knee injuries, or other injuries, in the past or something to that effect. They'll walk you through the different "stations" prior to starting, will monitor your progress and form, and offer guidance to anyone who needs it. They don't scream at people who take a quick rest, but will make sure you're still pushing yourself throughout the workout. I would've liked to sign-on to continue a membership here, but due to my job requiring me to travel at different times, it didn't seem like that was a viable option. It's difficult finding gyms that can pause memberships for certain circumstances. (I get it, it's a lot to ask.) Regardless, I'd recommend this bootcamp to anyone looking for a good workout that will keep you motivated. The other patrons share the same goals as you and everyone seems to support each other. **Cool note: I got sick towards the end of my promo membership and determined it best to stay home, away from others while I got better. I received text messages from the staff (Crystal), asking where I was and just checking up on me. I thought that was pretty cool of them to take the time to reach out. Thanks, AFBBC!
