The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later.
