Amenities are great! The gyms and pool areas are amazing- the rental rates are already competitive and these are an immense added bonus that goes above and beyond. The staff is great- office and maintenance. And the property is appealing enough that many of the staff live on site- one of the maintenance guys came to check out an issue with my washer and then I recognized him at the pool a couple weeks later when our nieces were playing together and we started chatting (talk about community!). I never have an issue with getting responses to inquiries through the office and, even through COVID, the office was extremely responsive despite not being "open" and helpful in facilitating payment plans when needed. The only reason we are moving out was because we moved in planning to buy and this location was most cost-effective for what you get in the area, even with renovated units (When we moved in around 2018, Marquette was in the process of upgrading all units.). We found Preserve on a recommendation from a friend and would have stayed longer if life didn't take us a different way. We had great experiences with staff, management, and neighbors...our upstairs neighbor had kids who were very loud and was very communicative about noise issues, without us even approaching him. Only complaint is parking- it can be a pain if you don't get home by 5:30, especially during summer and snow season. BUT management is extremely responsive to reported issues- I got frustrated a couple times and emailed Annette, the agent who signed us, and noticed tow-notice stickers on problem cars (same spot for weeks, not a registered license plate, etc.) a day or two later, and it helped the issue. This is a great community - people are friendly, staff is great and responsive, amenities are out of this world for the price. For what you get, it's the best deal in the area right now!

We have soo much more room in our Two Bedroom Two Bath apartment with a FULL-SIZE WASHER AND DRYER! (can you tell I'm excited about that?) Maintenance is always very respectful and prompt. They work very hard and are appreciated. There are three well-maintained dog parks, (my dog's love)The complex is incredibly pet-friendly.(and so are the pet mommy and daddies that we have met) The walking path and nature "preserve-like" area is absolutely beautiful, We were lucky enough to get an incredible view of the creek and trees...We can also see the neighboorhood across the creek and walking path. The walking leads to the neighborhood that leads to the elementary school. We have a very nice and well-maintained playground and BBQ area right outside our back door. I could probably go on and on..but I just Love this complex and its staff. In closing...especially with the weather, we have been having the last couple of days I want to say that The snow removal and sidewalk salting is far above and beyond what we have experienced in the past and makes a major difference when trying to navigate in cold rough wether.

Last week, as I exited my apt, on my door was an eviction notice for non-rent payment even though I paid early. When I confronted the staff, they all talked in circles. I finally reached manager Danielle to clean up this mess and when I tried explaining the situation, she yelled at me saying, "I'm the manager and I say you must pay, even though Grant, an employee, took my check and signed it as proof of payment dated 7/29. They are demanding a late fee again. Please Help expose this fraud & bullying.

At this point in time, the toilet pump broke, causing a flood in my upstairs. The guy came the next day and say they would have contractors come fix the ceiling. The water came through the roof, dampening the carpet, and ruining my couch. The couch was soaked with toilet water and therefore no longer useable. Lakeview townhomes is not taking responsibility for the lack of maintenance follow through, and a clear neglect of the issue led to damages to not only my home but my Persia k property. A mildew smell now resonates and I'm told that they have no history of the issue. At what I thought was a great community at first, had quickly turned into an absolutely money hungry nightmare. She is strict but I feel that it is actually a very refreshing and great thing to have because we knew and felt that the property was kept up well and that we would be heard and taken of very well too. The tenants are her NUMBER ONE PRIORITY! Living here has been great. We have never really had any problems with our unit and any problems we bring to Linda are usually fixed within a 24-hour period. Communication with her is fantastic, and she is always available to listen to our concerns! She is also ALWAYS so warm and fantastic with my 2 kids even when they pester me to visit her office every time we walk past it! She is always willing to put aside time for YOU. If not for the fact that our family is simply getting just too big for the units they offer here, we would probably have continued to stay on. We will truly miss the amazing tenant care and service we have received at Parkside over the last 2 years. We are really going to miss living here.
