DO NOT USE this company if you want honesty and responsiveness. Our project had poor quality control and was returned to us with USB keys no including the very expensive captions we paid for. Assuming we simply were not viewing these correctly, we contacted them where they admitted they did not do the products correctly. Ok, that can happen. But that's when you step up! And they continued to bomb out. From there, they continually promised responses, and timing, that they completely ignored. Forcing us to repeatedly chase them down. Finally they confirmed when the new USBs would be sent and congratulated themselves for sending them next day -- which is the minimum of what should occur since that was what we ordered and paid for that they messed up. Since this took 4 different calls to chase we started asking for a discount for the disappointing work quality and responsiveness. ONLY THEN did they try and suggest that they 'we're not sure this was ever wrong in the first place.' Which is really gross to try and weasel out of what was a mistake that if handled with grace and respect, could have gone very differently. So it's marvelous that all conversations are on a recorded line -- that way, they can replay themselves lying to us! We asked for an overall discount for the disappointing service and experience and the owner had this to say, "...I just don't want to give a false impression about financial accommodation, which is reserved for rare situations where an irrecoverable error is made with someone's archive. In a situation like yours, where an addressable issue is raised by our client, our practice is to investigate and fix." So if you don't mind paying thousands of dollars to maybe get your project done properly -- and you're ok with being treated poorly -- use this company.
