They tried telling me they were busy and the mom said in English "she called" and the teenage daughter began going off and was visibly upset. The mother told her to stop and she stormed out. Illegally filthy, don't do a good job, they are cheap and don't care because they don't have to. Part my fault...Don't expect quality from people obsessed with quantity. I usually sit down, tell her some basics of what I want, and let her have free reign! Sometimes I would just shrug and say, "Do something new." She would smile and work her magic! She has never disappointed! I've done everything from brown to red to blonde and lots of combinations! She is great at matching skin tone and cutting to fit your face and style! The shop is in a residential area but wasn't hard to find and there has been plenty of parking every time I have gone. But definitely call and schedule in advance! They get booked quickly! The shop itself is small but cute and very well cared for! The bathroom is always clean and lots of cute decor all around. The atmosphere itself is comfortable and fun. Every time I have been there, I have felt welcome. The ladies are friendly and VERY good at what they do! I have never seen a stylist I trust more and I miss getting to see her!
