I spent an awfully long time on Angie's List reading reviews of piano technicians, and read great things about Linda Scott. Her website made me feel even more comfortable, so I gave her a call. She booked an appointment for me a week out at my request. She arrived early, and called to see if I was ready. I was, so she set to work. My piano was hugely out of tune, but she quickly brought it right up to where it needed to be. I also liked that she was very honest about what it would need in the future (another tuning in 6 months, and then not again for 1-2 years). So many tuners try to convince you that your piano needs to be tuned every 6 months. She also told me a very low-cost way to deal with acoustic problems of the room where my piano sits. So I found a great piano tuner (Jaid Smith) that agreed to tune my piano to this frequency. He was very intrigued and did not give me a hundred reasons why this was impractical. Well I love the sound and the 1960's Baldwin grand piano didn't mind it at all. Jaid was very thorough in cleaning out the piano and readjusting the registers. This may be the only 432 hz piano in Portland but there may be other musicians out there that have researched the benefits of this tuning. I highly recommend Jaid for this or just standard tuning.

The worst part was the guy looked up the resell price on a used version and it came to about $80, but he then took 35% off even though it's a return. I then wanted to buy an amp (What I originally wanted before I was talked into something else) and asked for something around the $150 mark. He then tried to talk me into an amp without telling me the price. I had to firmly ask what the price was twice before he told me it's $300. Even though I was visibly upset from losing $100 from a product I bought from them because the box was damaged. I finally got him to show me exactly what I wanted. If you go here, know exactly what you want and be firm about it so you're not talked into getting something you don't want that costs more money. Also know that the boxes their products are in are worth $100 so you can't return a perfect condition product, within their return window, if the box is damaged.
