I did not book at the time but immediately received a call from someone to talk me through my options. This was great. The booking experience online was seamless. I was able to chat with someone using messenger to get an understanding of the difference between cleaning options to identify what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately, I allowed the name of this company and some of the things they market themselves as being able to do to fool me into wasting $450 on a move in cleaning service. Overall, im completely disappointed because this was a very costly service and for the work produced I could have saved my money and did it myself and actually deep cleaned my home. Dissatisfied with the move in/move out cleaning because while the house was empty many things in the home were new such as one of the two bathrooms; two freshly painted bedrooms and all throughout the floors were recently stained or new vinyl was installed. It seems like the cleaning professional didn't think there was much work to be done and as a result was was very lazy with their performance. Cindy has been very responsive to my complaints and continues to share my concerns with management. She calls and texts me to keep communication flowing. However, at this point I need to hear from management. My completely empty home was not thoroughly cleaned and I want my money back.

I only needed…read morethe downstairs cleaned (after a tenant) because my parents were coming for a month to stay there, and I ran out of time for a deep cleaning of the place. I told Will he doesn't need to worry about or touch any of the 2 bedrooms, hallway, livingroom, but I really needed a deeper cleaning of the bathroom and a tiny kitchen area (more like a bar with a sink and a fridge). I stayed a little bit, we talked, then I went upstairs to clean there myself. He was there for a few hours, I heard him occasionally speaking on the phone with someone. When he finished, he told me the bathroom grout is not cleanable, i should make it white by painting it with a grout marker. For the kitchen sink, he advised me to get a stainless steel cleaner ( I guess to clean it myself after he left, but I thought a cleaning service should include cleaning products and to come prepared and actually clean things) and that he didnt have time to clean the inside of the small, empty fridge. I paid him the money, but I already saw I have to clean, but I didn't want confrontation. When I walked through the place, the cleaning liquid was dripping from the shower ceiling, he forgot to wipe it off. The bathroom window and windowsill was left dirty. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, because the corners had accumulated dirt left behind, as well as behind the toilet and along the vanity. There was dust and crumbs on the hardwood behind the fridge very visible, and the floor was not cleaned, because if it was, it wouldnt have stayed dusty. He did not clean the inside of the fridge indeed, but since the top and the door was dirty (it is a black fridge, so easy to see dust), nor did he clean the outside. Considering he didnt have to clean anything else but those 2 tiny areas, this was a rip-off, maybe I was too nice and he thought I don't care and it's easy money. I don't know what he was doing for those few hours, but I felt cheated, because it was very hard to afford the $160, but I thought it was going to be worth it to save time I didnt have. But I ended up cleaning everything myself. I took pictures to send him the next day, but I felt there was no point.

So I guess it is $30 dollars an hour if you want to look at it that way, but they don't get paid $30 an hour, a lot more goes into that..." I stopped him from mansplaining more... I know how it breaks down and companies come up with their hourly charge dude. so I am laughing a bit, as this is ridiculous... I really don't want to support a company that calls the workers a belittling name... it is a tough job and the people who actually do the cleaning work very hard... they are the ones who place the value on your services, so treat the right... and i am still astonished how a simple paraphrase for clarification of your own words caused you to have a meltdown... thanks, but no... I'll find a replacement that treats their employees with respect...

It had been a while since this place got a thorough cleaning, so it was time to bring in some professionals. It was easy enough to set up an appointment via their website. You can pay via Paypal. When I had used them previously, they did not charge extra for cleaning the refrigerator or for me having two pets in the house. Now, it is $10 extra for the refrigerator and $15 per dog. I just arranged it so that my dogs would be gone to their grooming appointments during the time the cleaning service would be in the apartment. I paid the extra $10 to have the refrigerator cleaned and oh, they also charge an extra $10 to do dishes which they did not charge extra for in the past. I have a dishwasher, so I just made sure the dishes were clean and that the sink was clear. Anyway, the ladies arrived on time. They did not bring any cleaning supplies (even though they do give you an option to have them bring their cleaning supplies on their website form). You must have a mop, broom and bucket for them to use. They did not bring gloves or any other cleaning supplies. Good thing, I do have my own stash as well as sponges and rags for them to use. We left them to their work. Oh and before I left, I had to sign some sort of time sheet and which had a spot where you rate the service...this has to either be filled out BEFORE they complete the cleaning or after but in front of the cleaning lady. No..I just left that part blank. Plus, since I was leaving the apartment and not going to be back before they were done, there is no way for me to know how long they were actually in the apartment. The agreed upon price for 4 hours of cleaning is $80 plus tax and then the extra $10 for cleaning the refrigerator out. That came out to approximately $97. I came back later on to an apartment that was definitely cleaner than the way I left it. They did an all right job, but the floor was not as shiny as I expected it, I still saw a couple of smudges that I had to get out myself on the wood floors. Also, they did a half ass job on the dusting as well. There's still quite a bit of dust left on the the entertainment center. The worst part was the refrigerator. How is it that the refrigerator had a putrid odor coming from it after it had supposedly been cleaned?? It did not smell at all before I left, how is it that it smelled after?? We investigated closely and found that some rotting food was left in there and they did not wipe down or clean the refrigerator thoroughly. I had to do that myself AND I paid extra for that! Not good. Overall, they did an all right job, the bathroom was cleaned well and so was the bedroom. I wasn't impressed though and will probably just try out the cleaning service my building recommends for the next time.
