I almost rated this place a four out of five, because the service was somewhat slow towards the end of our experience, but the food went beyond what I've sampled at Michelin one and two star restaurants. The Duncannon Smoked Salmon, Gribiche and Fennel appetizer was the finest combination of freshness, with each accenting the other perfectly. The cod with Jerusalem artichokes was also perfectly divine, and had got to be one of my favorite preparations of cod ever. The sample
of Irish cheeses closed the meal for me on the right note. Honestly, anyone on Waterford should try this place out - truly an incredible culinary experience! If they fix some of the service slowness, Michelin one star is within their reach! read more
