    George Michael!
    Sabrina P.

Dr. Deepak Sharma, and his entire team took such wonderful care of George Michael yesterday! After receiving a pain shot and anti-inflammatory meds (we're waiting on blood results Monday), he went home and slept for hours and hours. Dr. Sharma is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate--not just with animals, but with humans too. He's also thoughtful and transparent when it comes to the costs of procedures, always explaining clearly before moving forward. That kind of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. George Michael loves visiting the office--the veterinary assistants absolutely shower him with love and affection. I felt completely safe and comfortable leaving him for observation, which speaks volumes. While we're still awaiting test results, Dr. Sharma was able to ease George Michael's discomfort and help us feel more at ease too. Their pricing is fair, and communication is always clear and upfront. We have been going here for several years! I honestly cannot recommend Everett Veterinary Hospital enough. One million stars! *Best vet! Highly recommend!

I love dr sharma. He's so kind always remembers my animals. My 14.5 year old cat has always seen him

Koenig is a great vet, and definitely loves his patients, and as far as I can tell, they love him, too.

This review is long overdue, though that's mostly because finding words that do justice to this…read morepractice is harder than it sounds. We have nothing but glowing praise and gratitude for every single person at Diamond! Our dog, Remy, has been a frequent flyer here for the last four years, since we brought him home at 10 weeks old. Remy has multiple chronic illnesses, with new issues coming up almost weekly. It's sad, frustrating, stressful...and we sometimes feel embarrassed about how often we have to lean on the team at Diamond. But we are ALWAYS met with compassion, patience, and understanding. Everyone treats Remy like a celebrity instead of a burden. He actually *likes* going to the vet, which says everything. Dr. Longoni is Remy's primary vet, and he's an absolute gem; he's so knowledgeable, dedicated, and empathetic. He frequently coordinates with specialists on updated treatment plans, weighs in on urgent issues on his days off, and always offers different approaches/options with pros and cons for each. Whenever he retires, those shoes will be very hard to fill. Our problem child has seen every vet and vet tech at Diamond at some point or another, and we can vouch that they're all fantastic--everyone is aware of Remy's sensitivities, and is friendly, gentle, and kind. The front of house crew are the centerpiece of compassion, going above and beyond to accommodate last-minute appointments, get us records for insurance, relay info between vets, and more. (Thank you Tracie, Berlin, Trudy, Jessica, Angie, and everyone whose name I'm blanking on, we appreciate you too!) We genuinely don't know how we'd navigate his health without you all. Thank you for taking such incredible care of Remy, and of us.

I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was for us. I wish I could remember the names of…read morethe kind VA and vet that helped us, but the day was such a difficult time I sadly don't recall. My daughter and I brought in our boy Stellar to say goodbye. It was his time. He is reactionary to other dogs so it can be difficult to deal with public situations in general. They welcomed us in and allowed us to walk right to the room we were to be in for the procedure. We got to hug and be with Stellar until the end. They did not rush us in any way and wanted us to take our time. A few days later we received a card from them with their condolences. They were so kind as to include nose and paw prints for our boy. It will go perfect with the photo we are doing for our boy. I honestly don't know how to say thank you enough for their kindness, and graciousness, in this time.

Even asked to restrain my non reactive dog without asking any questions prior. The rest of the team seemed pleasant. after they took my dog back the first visit the vet came back pretty passive aggressive and upset that her and her team could not handle a 85 pound husky. he needed water after returning back to the room with me and i was told three times by a vet assistant that it doesn't seem like he does. i asked once again and they brought it in placed it down while saying "i don't even think he's gonna drink it" and my dog drank the whole bowl. he was stressed, panting, this was his first ever vet visit and i reiterated that a number of times. he wasn't aggressive he is just jerky when inexperienced vet techs try to touch him with no warning. the second visit was much smoother. he had to just get shots and the lady on the counter was someone with more comprehension. They were much more kind and understanding of a big dog and how they can act. they took him back for two minutes and he came back smiling. the vet this time did make it clear he didn't like the needle but everything went smoothly. i return a third time and its a automatic request my dog wears a mussel because he bit someone. wouldn't specify who, and the reason "the who" was asked because no biting was ever mentioned and the dog just doesn't bite. so just to make it clear theres people there with different levels of experience and understanding than others maybe they can only handle dogs under 40 pounds. The ironic part is i don't think they wanted me to return because i've had the right phone number and email on file since the initial intake, and never once received reminder for any appointments. each time i asked they said they definitely called, but they didn't. i rechecked the number on file twice. they just don't notify. definitely get a new front desk person, she has no conversation skills!
