They are great. Right on time, very clean, and a smooth ride. Will use again. My son used them and he was very happy.

I used All Aboard Transport for my wheelchair bound mom to attend a family function. John was…read moreprofessional and attentive from pickup to delivery and back again. His transport van was clean and well-equipped. He made sure my mom was secured and comfortable on the trip to and from the venue. He drove professionally and we arrived on time at the hotel. He let me know I could text him at anytime for him to return to pick up my mom for her go back to her residence even though I had scheduled a pick up time in advance. He understood that situations change and that she may need to leave earlier than anticipated. I appreciated that very much. I will be using All Aboard Transport again in the future for any transportation needs for my mom.

Based on their reviews, I personally recommended All Aboard Medical Transport to my Mother-In-Law…read morefor an important Dr. appointment. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance & all seemed to be going according to schedule. As the appointment date neared, my Mother-In-Law made numerous attempts to reach the office to confirm her driver/pick-up appointment. No confirmation or return phone call was ever received in return. The day of the appointment, she had still not received any contact or indication from All Aboard Medical Transport that they intended to pick her up at the pre-scheduled time. As a result, I had to leave work in a rush to get her to her appointment at the very last minute. When we returned from the appointment, we were surprised to find a voicemail from David Ngyuen at All Aboard Medical Transport advising that there had been a driver on-site waiting to pick her up. Terrible business practice by All Aboard Medical Transport! If you are in the business of transporting Seniors (etc) to medical appointments, then you NEED to confirm with the client that you will be there on said date/time at LEAST 1 business day in advance. This was a very stressful situation for a senior who had never used All Aboard Medical Transport prior. Common sense dictates confirmation of appointments for ALL clients prior to arrival. David Ngyuen was very rude to my Mother-In-Law when she called him immediately after her appointment had concluded and she had received his message. Please avoid All Aboard Medical Transport at all costs until they refine their scheduling/confirming practices!

Unprofessional, unsanitary, unsafe, unacceptable. The two guys who showed up from InteCare to…read moretransport my mom, in pain with a broken/repaired hip, from skilled nursing to the orthopedist were wholly unprofessional. Their English was poor, and they spoke to each other in Vietnamese. Never mind uniforms, these guys couldn't even be bothered to wear t-shirts displaying the name of the company. They wore jeans and sweatshirts. They looked and behaved like just a couple guys hired to move a couch, not an injured patient. The transport vehicle was a beat up old white van, lacking any kind of signage indicating it was a professional medical transport. It looked shabby. The gurney was likewise dilapidated. I followed closely, watching as the van coughed out black smoke from the exhaust. My poor mom later reported to me that the ride was horrible. The movers were sloppy and careless from start to finish. They lacked skill in properly handling a patient. The medical professionals at the doctor's office were as appalled as I was. The x-ray tech was annoyed with these buffoons as they clumsily fumbled around the room trying to transfer my mom from the gurney to the table, and she admonished them for their ineptitude. I didn't select this company myself. The transport was arranged by the skilled nursing facility. I was required to pay $350 over the phone in advance for this awful experience. I tried to go to the company's website, but the address is inactive. I don't know if this outfit is licensed or bonded. I will try to report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other organization that has oversight of such medical services. As horrible as the service was, it was completed, so I probably don't have any recourse for a refund or disputed charge with my bank. All I can say is that my mom did get to and from her appointment alive. But traumatized.
