In addition to replacing the part and adjusting the settings to ensure it was done correctly, they checked and tightened each bolt on the door panels and lubed all of the joints so the door is so much quieter! When I asked if I needed the rubber gasket replaced, he said he could do it but I didn't need it right now. Maybe in a year or so. So no attempt to upsell!
