I made a road trip from LA to here with my wife and our five dogs. You can imagine the amount of dog hair that accumulated on the ceiling, floors, and every spot in between. The exterior is flawless. All the swirl marks are gone, and the plastered bugs are no more. I went with the Monster SUV full detail package, including a buff add-on for one panel. Let me tell you, I have not seen my car this clean since I rolled off the dealership lot. I recommend you support this family business. They are very nice people and do wonderful work. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

Well if the owner is around, he will threaten to kick your arse if you do not buy a wash. My guess is he is operating outside the franchise guidelines, imposing his own rules. There are 4 cars in my household, and I know people with cars. The reason for 3 stars is that the cost of the synthetic oil change, which is what I get, is a little bananas. The synthetic oil change with "free wash" come out over $100 after they add in the fees. I would rather they not try to pass the wash off as free so the actual oil change would be more competitive with other places and then if I need the wash, I could add it. Most local auto shops are around 60-70 bucks for a synthetic oil change. So if you don't mind driving to two different spots, than get your oil changed at an auto shop that is around that price point and then pay for the $20 cleaning without having to get gauged on the synthetic oil change.
