Everclean Car Wash was quick and fairly priced, especially since we used a coupon they mailed to us. When we first arrived, they were dealing with some technical issues, so we had to come back about an hour and a half later. They were able to take us then and got the job done. I only got an oil change, so nothing particularly special, but it was efficient and the price was right. read more

As of Oct 2025 -- they have a serious MOLD problem in the car wash (you can smell it as soon as you enter the bay) and it includes black mold, green mold, all kinds and it's evident in the smell, and you can see it in the water/fluid lines this is hazard both to employees and customers I suggest management take immediate action. before the mold, this renovated car wash is a great addition and just needs to be cared for to maintain the facilities. the mechanics at the oil change are courteous and knowledgeable, helped me fill up my tire pressures when the air valve was broken and were very quick about it read more

OIL CHANGE REVIEW ONLY While the employee who serviced my car was great, there were several things that happened that will never make me come back here. I drove in at about 5:45pm more than one hour before closing, and as soon as I was seen by one of the employees he started angrily shaking his head and saying stuff to the guy who serviced my car. He quickly walked away into a room and didn't come back until my car was done I believe. I am not sure if this is just how this shop operates but I was surprised when I was called after my car was done and he didn't verify the oil level with me and all of the other services he marked off on the checklist. I wouldn't have even known that he had conducted other checks on my car if I had not asked for the invoice. The final red flag for me was that when I drove off my air tire light was on and it wasn't on before, I didn't turn back around just because of how uncomfortable I felt with how I was treated and I inspected my tires somewhere else. I understand how annoying it is to deal with people on the last few hours of your shift but god forbid I have to get an oil change after my 9-5. read more

I paid $12 to wash my car at Everclean. The quality of the service was terrible, it looks no better than if I just hosed my car down in the driveway for free. My rear view mirrors were still covered in soap after the wash was over. I will not be back and I don't recommend this business. read more

The same thing happened to me. I had a one time $19 carwash done and after that started getting charged $34 a month for a monthly pass I did not open and did not want. I went in to the place and no one could tell me how it happened. I called and left a message and was assured the manager would call me back but no one has called back. My email went unanswered. BEWARE of fraudulent charges. Everclean has been charging us $54/month (2 separate charges) for months (we never signed up for a membership, this happened after a single car wash purchase), and we cannot get in touch with anyone to cancel. When we arrive to the Car Wash, we are told there is no record of us in their system and no manager who can help us. We have no mechanism to stop the payments other than to cancel our credit card. read more

Employees are NOT friendly. Car has spots all over after wash, doesn't dry properly at all. Almost Every single person I saw practically was drying their car off by hand afterwards. I agree with another poster that said that you could probably get the same car wash at a gas station maybe even better Plus the "mat washing station" is all done by hand unlike other places that you run it through a machine Horrible. read more

I paid for the top car wash and not only wasn't my SUV fully clean but it received a giant gouge and some long shallow scratches under the overhang of my back lift door - a place that is literally impossible to damage in any way. I'm guessing it was the rotating brush that went around the back of my car. I was back at home washing the back fender that somehow wasn't touched during the wash and still covered in dirt and I saw the fresh scratches which had no dirt in them at all. Sadly, I didn't prep for the car wash by video taping my car's exterior so it would be my word against their's. ugh. read more

Total rip off. It's nothing more really than what you would get at a gas station drive through. A couple of differences, there is a guy with brush that soaps your back windows and the dry time is a bit longer. I was supposed to get a free wash, but the lady charged me an additional 9 dollars so that means it was a 19 dollar drive through car wash. Just go to a gas station car wash. read more

The worst car wash I've ever gotten. I have a new car, 6,000 miles on it. This car wash left horrible swirl marks all over the car that are terribly obvious. I've reached out to Everclean several times because I wanted to discuss this and cancel the unlimited car wash "deal" I purchased. No one ever replied. I had to dispute the charge. read more

Valvoline oil change is a giant ripoff! Beware they ding you $30 for a tire rotation that's free at every tire dealer around this area. They also added $15 labor fee to the oil change price. The valvoline on Roosevelt rd in glen ellyn is faster and fair on price. Avoid this place unless you like getting ripped off! I was inside this place for one hour! read more

The service was immaculate. The wash was very high quality and the lights and design inside made it very enjoyable to get your car washed. One thing that stuck out to me were the dryers at the end. Took about 30 seconds to fully dry our whole SUV. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to love it because of the heated dry. I got the top wash which was $19 with a $10 off coupon so should have been $9. The cashier gave me my change and I just stuck in my purse. Wasn't until I got home and put it away that I realized she gave me $9 change out of a $20. Maybe tax, but any car wash I have gotten anywhere else is exactly whatever the stated price is. Also, there was still bird poop on my car in a couple places and bugs on my front bumper. The top wash says it comes with a tote. I didn't get anything and didn't realize it until after I left. I tried this place in hopes of getting a membership but I don't think I'll be doing that now. On to the next car wash for hopefully a membership. read more

DO NOT sign up for a monthly subscription! It was nearly impossible to cancel. Went there in person the first time to cancel, was told they don't have a card on file anyway so we don't need to worry about being charged. Lo and behold we got charged anyhow. We called and spoke to someone who said they will cancel and refund the membership. Waited 10 days- no refund and membership still not cancelled. Went in person again- THIRD try. They finally cancelled the membership but still did not refund us even though we didn't use the car wash at all for that month! Totally scam. Stay away from this place! read more
