Açaí mango bowl with almond butter drizzle, granola, bananas, pineapple, cacao nibs, and dates
    Stephanie S.

This new Everbowl location is awesome! The vibe is sleek and modern. The staff is super friendly...they even let you sample the base(s) so you make sure you get what you like. I had an açaí and mango bowl with chia pudding, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, goji berries, dried mango and a honey drizzle. It was delicious! My husband had the same vases with granola (which is GF - yay!), bananas, pineapple, blueberries, cacao nibs, dates, and an almond butter drizzle. He loved it! We will definitely go back! They truly have something for everyone. Check it out!

I don't like the "model" of this location. You have to pay first before they start your order, which actually holds up the line. I ordered a smoothie, and they just gave a regular straw which didn't even work. The atmosphere is just not welcoming, I'm good I'll just drive to Chesapeake. Every question I asked it was combativeness as a response as if what they are doing here should be implemented at other locations.

But I really wanted something a little lighter and healthier. Toastique was the perfect alternative. It was a min walk from where we were. The dining area is clean and modern with a calming, natural color palette. It makes you want to linger with free Wi-Fi and complimentary ice water (in the jug that has citrus floating in it). We were immediately greeted by the manager owner. It's a seat yourself and order at the counter set up. We hadn't grabbed a menu when we came in and the owner intuitively brought menus to our table. We ordered the avocado smash toast, the Blue Mystique smoothie bowl, and the Greek toast. Service was quick and they brought it out to our table. Each item came out looking beautiful, fresh, and delicious. I sampled the 'cure' cold pressed juice and now I feel like I need to go back to get a bottle to go. Excuse the pics, I always forget to take the pic first when the food comes out looking good, lol. I found the prices to be very reasonable for what you get compared to other "fresh food" fast restaurants. Definitely put this place on your list as a chill place to catch up with friends or to set up your laptop for some work while enjoying a variety of yummy fresh food choices. Oh, I always like to note when places have single stall unisex bathrooms and they did. The service quality and flavor is always my primary motivator when deciding where to eat. BUT I love having the bonus of knowing this franchise location is Bipoc owned/operated.

They have a selection of coffee options and 15-20 breakfast/brunch options to choose from on their menu. You order at the counter and they bring your items to your table. In addition to the regular menu they have a dessert case with a rotating variety of amazing desserts. We tried the carrot cake and the piña colada cake and both were EXCELLENT! (And I'm picky about carrot cake.) I saw they also have another display case for empanadas but they didn't have any in there on our visit. Another bonus is they have vegan chorizo on the menu which is a big win for my vegetarian husband. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere is a breath of fresh air. Latin music playing and clean airy decor. To sum things up... We will definitely be back!!

We ordered the flan latte, island breeze macchiato, and dulcet banana latte for our beverages. For food we got the quesito, pistachio muffin, survivor beach acai bowl, mango guava cheesecake, and lemon blueberry mascapone cake. I wish the specials had prices listed on them. $15 for the flan latte, expected flan on it for that price so was a bit disappointed that there wasn't any on it. The dulce banana didn't taste any banana as well. The food was delicious though. The quesito heated up was warm, flaky, sweet and salty all in one. The lemon blueberry mascapone cake was definitely a light summer bite. I'd stop by again but would ask how much the specialty drinks are before choosing. The staff was friendly and patient.

This location was busy, packed with teenagers having a hangout sesh which I thought was cute. There were also people coming in and out grabbing orders for take out. I ordered the Fajita Pita as a rice bowl as always at the other location and I also got a Strawberry Watermelon Pineapple Juice. It took a little minute to get my food just because it was busy which I didn't mind. My rice bowl tasted the same as the other location which gave me much satisfaction and is a testament of the consistency across locations. The juice was refreshing and well balanced. Overall I enjoyed my pickup and I am happy to know there's another location I can go to if I need and want to. I am craving it as I write this review!!!
