When we raised this concern, we were told that bouquets are only inspired by the reference photo and won't be an exact match, which I understand, but our "pretty in pink" arrangement barely contained any pink flowers and was predominantly purple. We were informed after the fact that certain flowers were out of stock and substituted, with no prior notice given. Other florists I've used have called ahead to discuss substitutions and get approval, a simple courtesy that would have avoided this disappointment entirely. We ordered the supersize option, yet the bouquet was noticeably small. When we questioned this, we were told that sizing up only adds 1 to 3 stems more. After raising our concerns, minor adjustments were made, but they were very defensive the whole time and I had felt like they were trying to gaslight me into thinking I was overreacting. We paid $127 and still had to purchase additional flowers from save ons foods just to achieve the fullness shown in the advertised photo. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
