Amazing, Amazing, Amazing I cannot say enough positive…read morethings about this florist!! I live in Plano Texas, and I ordered a floral arrangement for my Stepmothers 70th birthday. I spoke to Alexis and gave her some ideas and told her that she could ultimately decide what would look good. My Stepmother was blown away and said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen. To make the event even more special, Alexis took the time to pick up a gift card that I had purchased from a local spa and delivered it with the arrangement. I HIGHLY recommend Simply Perfect Flowers. Their work is stunning, and their customer service is exceptional! Thank you so much!

We moved to calgary two years ago and I have missed your flowers!! I had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister at the Abbotsford hospital Cancer Agency on Valentine's Day and gave my budget and vision for bouquet. My sister sent me a picture of what you put together... wow!! You guys are amazing! It was gorgeous. I live in Calgary now, to be closer to the children's hospital, and I have to tell you... NO ONE is as good as you are. Never have I found a florist who is as gifted, personable and knowledgeable as you. I just wanted to take the time to thank you. I will make sure to write a review on YELP or anywhere else that might tell others how phenomenal you are!"

I strongly advise against ordering from this florist. The bouquet we received looked nothing like…read morethe advertised photo. When we raised this concern, we were told that bouquets are only inspired by the reference photo and won't be an exact match, which I understand, but our "pretty in pink" arrangement barely contained any pink flowers and was predominantly purple. We were informed after the fact that certain flowers were out of stock and substituted, with no prior notice given. Other florists I've used have called ahead to discuss substitutions and get approval, a simple courtesy that would have avoided this disappointment entirely. We ordered the supersize option, yet the bouquet was noticeably small. When we questioned this, we were told that sizing up only adds 1 to 3 stems more. After raising our concerns, minor adjustments were made, but they were very defensive the whole time and I had felt like they were trying to gaslight me into thinking I was overreacting. We paid $127 and still had to purchase additional flowers from save ons foods just to achieve the fullness shown in the advertised photo. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I received no calls or emails back. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE!!!! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company! BUYER BEWARE! Spend your money elsewhere. SCAM! LIARS! First off I ordered flowers for next day delivery. Flowers are time sensitive generally. They offered next day on their website. They then without confirming with me, updated my delivery to 3 days after when the flowers would no longer be needed. I called 3 times to cancel and emailed twice and was told the 'manager' would call me back. Not to mention these flowers that are advertised as a local company are being shipped by purolator from Bloomex! Bloomex flowers are trash quality and it if I wanted to order from Bloomex I would have done so myself. I picked a local store but I should have read the reviews. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for fraud and false advertisement. Unprofessional and awful customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

As a person that has not only received but sent flowers, I would like to really know what the other side has received and if they are really happy, realistically, no one is ever going to complain about my nice gesture and I would assume everything is well and be happy with my purchase, but being on the receiving end I would not order from this place for delivery to anyone as I do not trust the quality of the arrangements being sent as well sending someone who is cranky to deliver them. As most arrangements are sent out of sorrow or love, it is not a good feeling for anyone receiving those arrangements from some one who is just going to bring the mood down at delivery.
