Jessica did a great job helping us plan while we were out of state in college. She was very communicative and had everything very organized for us to see. She gave amazing suggestions and helped us feel very good about the day! The beginning of the day itself did feel a little bit rushed somehow but that's just how it goes :) while she may have been a bit stressed, she had a great team there to help her out and get everything moving in a timely manner. She worked with our photographer and videographer well and helped everyone get their food quickly too. I respect Jessica as a person. She is kind and enthusiastic about helping people. Without reservation, I would absolutely not recommend hiring her as a wedding planner or coordinator. She failed to meet most of the deadlines she set for herself. Her work felt very disorganized. She had to be reminded about many things. It was hard to trust her. On my wedding day, multiple guests reported to me that she was being passive aggressive. Even to me (the bride), she made a passive aggressive remark and rolled her eyes. Then she decided to be the DJ on my Spotify playlist. She would stop in the middle of songs so there was pretty of dead air for people to look around confused about why this was happening. She continued to do it even after being asked to stop. I'm still very embarrassed about it all. This was just my experience which I'll have to remember forever. I'm sure she's done awesome work and I encourage others to form their own opinions. read more

A couple weeks before my wedding I was looking for a Day of coordinator after I was feeling extremely overwhelmed as the day got closer. I spoke to a couple different coordinators but Jessica since the first message you can tell how genuine and how much passionate she was. Hiring her was one the best decisions I made during my wedding process. I spend over a year planning my wedding and she carried it out the day of just how I imagined. She and her assistant Gabby went above and beyond the day. She help set up and carry out my timeline and dealt with any problems the day of. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding without any worries. Jessica was the perfect wedding coordinator for our big day. She truly went above and beyond, by going to the dress rehearsal, to even giving us a ride home at the end of the wedding night. She worked with our vendors directly to make sure everything ran smoothly and even took on small tasks like picking up our cake, setting up our desert table and even the late night snack bar we had for our guests.
