I hosted my first event yesterday, a baby shower for 35 guests in my home. It was my first experience with entertaining and, needless to say, I was absolutely clueless. Luckily, I found Angelique Event Design. From my very first phone call with Nicole, I knew instantly that she was an expert at event planning. She asked very detailed questions, and shared ideas that I hadn't even thought of. She was plugged into my vision and she knew exactly how to bring it to life beyond my wildest dreams. I knew I just had to book Angelique Event Design for my event, so I did right away! Throughout the next two months of planning, Nicole was by my side each step of the way. She took care of everything. She was pleasant, upbeat, professional, creative, resourceful, knowledgable, experienced, reliable, and absolutely lovely to work with. There were stressful situations for me, and Nicole was right there to support me and bring my focus back to the fun. She truly has a gift for this line of work. Nicole is all class, all the way. Nicole's entire team of people are amazing. Nicole and Amanda decorated my home to perfection. (And I mean perfection!) Every single beautiful little detail was in place, and recognized by all of the guests. I was receiving compliments all throughout the party, and guests are still talking about it a day later. After the party winded down, Nicole and her team packed everything up, brought in an extremely thorough cleaning crew, and my house was spotless within a couple of hours. I was able to put my feet up and relax! Aside from how stunning and gorgeous the party itself was, I can't put into words how much I enjoyed this experience with Nicole, Amanda, and the team at Angelique Event Design. These folks are true professionals, and my party wouldn't have been the same without them. They genuinely cared that the baby shower was a huge success, and they truly made it fun and memorable from start to finish. Thank you Angelique Event Design! Looking forward to the next one. :)

Anyway when you hire ohsnapstudios.com to do a photobooth at your party- Rafael, Carl, Charlie, and Ivan roll in to your spot early, set up their Macs, photobooth, and props and let the fun begin. I'm not sure how, but you always end up looking great in their photos. Rafael is known in the photo community as "Genius," and anyone who is able to make this yelper look good after mojitos and hors d'oevres surely deserves that moniker. Here are my top 5 reasons why the photobooth experience from ohsnapstudios.com is great: 1) You end up looking like a model, even if you are not one (I wish Rafael would teach me how to do this with my camera) 2) They always seem to have a fun set of props out at a table nearby so you can create little "scenes" in your photo-shoots (a Viking holding a badminton racquet, and a stuffed-animal- why not?) 3) Their backdrops look awesome. The James Bond background that they had tonight was insanely cool and had a three dimensional aspect where one of your friends could stand in front of the backdrop, and you could stand behind it, creating a realistic (and awesome) cinematic effect. SO cool. 4) They are chill, laid back, have a sense of humor, and are nice. If you feel like you need to take another shot, they will let you- the oh!snap studios people seem to really vibe with the party and aren't awkward and mean. 5) I have no idea how much Oh!Snap Studios charges to bring a photobooth to your party- but giving your guests amazing souvenirs leaves a lasting impression. Great job guys- you better hope I don't become a photographer, copy your business, and take all your customers... OhSnap!!

They take photobooth to the next level and pictures were amazing! Regular photobooths normally take only the upper half of your body and you're scrambling for poses to take during the countdown. Oh! Snap Studios has an onsite photographer and helps guides you while you create your own scene before taking your photo. You get to pick a backdrop and flooring from their collection plus they have a large range of props (did I mention they have a unicorn head mask? That won me over) In addition, your entire body gets in the photos showing off the nice outfit you chose for that event! You get as many copies of photos while they print after you take your pictures and you get to view them online. The owner, Rafael, was one of the best vendors I worked with during my wedding planning. He was very patient, fun and amazing to work with and his crew was beyond fantastic to work with during the event. They went out and beyond their way to make it happen at our event. I would have Oh!
