We knew we made the right call because whenever we would mention that Claudia was our coordinator, our vendors would light up and say how excited they were to work with her again. Planning process: Although we did most of the planning, she understood our vision and the culture we wanted to facilitate. She really helped us out by providing a few trusted vendor recommendations to help fill in the gaps. The support we felt from her in general was above and beyond. Whenever we would get off of a call or leave a meeting with Claudia, we would say to each other "she just gets it." She really had a special way of making us feel more confident and less anxious. Week and day of: I'm a hyper-organized person, but there is a special chaos that happens the week of your wedding that you can't really prepare for.
