They didn't show up, they dodged our calls, and when they finally answered, they fed him obvious lies. One minute the driver was "on the way," the next they claimed they "didn't have the driver number." It was ridiculous. Because of their incompetence and lack of basic honesty, our daughter's party was ruined. She was crushed, and we were left with nothing we paid for and zero accountability from them. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth trusting with any event -Do not waste your time or money on Amazing Bounce Rentals. If I could give 0 stars, I would've !

They were supposed to be there between 10:30an & 11am.. At 12 o'clock I started calling no answers I kept calling and then when I got through to Lance every time I spoke with him he told me to give him five minutes he will get back to me and every 20 minutes I had to call him because he never returned any phone calls and of course at this point, I am upset I'm angry. I'm pissed off because this was one of the main attractions for this birthday event for my daughter.. Now he's acting irritated because I'm upset as if I have no reason to be upset. He's telling me that he can't get in touch with the driver that works for him that he don't have a direct phone number (make that make sense to me) while giving me the runaround over and over he's telling me that Jon dispatch the driver out to come to my event, but he can't get in touch with Jon.. Jon was nowhere to be found until Monday 11/24/25morning.(the birthday event was Saturday 11/22/25 He reached out to me through text message with some lame ass apology at this point, I just wanted my money no apology needed.. I tried calling Jon and he never answers. I'm just asking for my money back. He's giving me the runaround then starts telling me I need to reach out to Lance in regards to getting a refund when it was Jon that I set everything up with. Neither one would take my phone calls at the picnic. I called five times back to back to lance and he never answer the phone but my son standing right next to me Call right after the fifth call that went to voicemail and he answers. You can imagine I'm pissed off angry. I'm hot as hell at this point. I called him out on that and he claims I he even know my number as if with technology he didn't know who I was calling and blocked me and have me going straight to voicemail like I'm some stupid, dumb, ignorant person. These are the kind of games that they play. I get past that started asking for my money. He tells me he's going to process it Monday after having the bad experience that I had with them. I mentioned to him answer your phone because I know you're not answering my phone calls once again he claim that he was not sending me to voicemail. That's neither here nor there. We fast forward to Monday. I try reaching out to him after Jon tells me to call him and I start calling him. I'm going to the address that is on the invoice, which happens to be a gated community not a business office. I guess they're running the business from Lance Home, but I'm calling. I'm calling. I called three times. No answer. My daughter uses her phone and call while we're sitting at the Security Gate and he answers what a coincidence right but once again acting like I have no reason or no right to be upset or offended or feel taken advantage of and he hangs up the phone on Me. I just want my money back. I got a text message from Jon claiming that day process the refund and I will receive it in three business days. I'm waiting this is just day one. I hope I get my money, but I advise anyone and everyone to read this and not use their services worst business people ever. They should not be in business at all I wish I could give them a minus -5 star

    If I could give this company zero stars, I would…read more I absolutely agree with Kendal, the review prior to mine, that there is a complete lack of professionalism and coordination. I cannot, with good conscience, ever recommend this company to someone else. Beware of their changing contracts. When I originally booked the chairs, I was quoted one price. By the time the event rolled around, the contract had been changed on their end. I was told repeatedly that "this had been made very clear to me that there was a price increase because of the holiday week", yet there had been no communication on this topic. Nor could it be proven by the company through written communication she claimed she had provided. She simply went into her system and made changes to the contract on her end without notifying me. I was able to verify this by acting as if I was starting a new reservation order on the website and the original lower price populated. I took a screenshot of this, along with my contract where the price had mysteriously increased, and sent this to her asking why there was a difference. Her response: "I was very clear in my communication to all of my renters about this increase in email and by phone." When I asked for proof of this email, she did not reply. In addition to the changed price, my date of delivery was changed without my consent. We were told we had to be home during delivery, however the new day and time conflicted with the middle of the work day. They were inflexible about this change, despite the lack of consent, and do not provide any pickup options. I then stated if this was all going to be an issue then perhaps she should refund my deposit and we should cancel the order entirely. She then quickly stated she was canceling the order, per my request, and there would be no refunding of the deposit, per her contract. However, I did not authorize a cancellation without refunding of the deposit. So technically now I'm not receiving services I paid for, because this person is making decisions based on her feelings and instead of acting like a proper business owner. I said I did NOT want to cancel without the refund, and to please still follow through with the services I paid for, and she is now entirely ignoring me. She will not reply to written correspondence and she sends me (and my husband) straight to voicemail. **My advice: Other than NOT using this company at all, if you do fall for their bait & switch techniques, TAKE A SCREENSHOT of your original contract and verify it hasn't changed the week of the event. Keep any form of communication and even go as far as to take notes if you speak on the phone. At the end of the day, the money isn't the biggest issue here. It's the fact of how unprofessionally and poorly this was handled. This company fails to recognize the need to treat customers with respect and actually provide the quality service they claim to give. Instead, these people took a coward's response and cannot even pick up the phone to resolve the issue. Highly DO NOT recommend.
