She was excited to discover that inside the kit, everything she needed to paint an awesome rainbow unicorn were there. The kit was complete with the canvas, paints, brushes and easy-to-follow instructions. She had a great time painting and she even hung her masterpiece on her bedroom wall. She enjoyed it so much, she told me that she wants me to give her another SplashKit so she could paint some more. Jennifer was very helpful and was very pleasant to deal with. The party packages were reasonably priced, and communication leading up to the event was clear and helpful. On the day of the party, we were only allowed to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled start time, but the staff had a team ready to help carry everything from our car, which made setup much easier and was greatly appreciated. The party itself was a lot of fun, and all of our guests, especially the birthday girls, had an amazing time. My only criticism is that the ending felt a bit rushed. I completely understand that parties have a set timeframe and that schedules need to be maintained, but cleanup started before the kids had even finished eating. Floors were being mopped while we were still saying goodbye to our guests, which made it feel like we were being ushered out before the celebration had fully wrapped up. That said, I still think it was well worth the price. One of the biggest perks is that you're allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. There are several restaurants in the same plaza, and we ordered from Jet's Pizza, which offered a discount when we mentioned we were having a party at Rock N Tiara. Overall, despite feeling a little rushed at the end, it was a fun, well-organized party experience.

When it came to ordering, they were communicative and answered all my questions, came ahead of time for delivery and the Monster Truck bounce house for my son's party was a huge hit. Other bounce companies (ie Jupiter Bounce House) have a $500 delivery minimum and their prices are extreme. Palm Beach Inflatables was totally reasonable. I will only use Palm Beach Inflatables again.
