We weren't quite sure what to do for my seven-year-old grandson's birthday, and I was introduced to…read morethis company by a friend word-of-mouth and he said just try them out you won't be disappointed. This is an amazing interaction for kids from the ages of five all the way up to adults. We had the most amazing time it's across between laser tag and paint balling with a whole different twist. The owner operator Mario was by far an excellent host what he did when he showed up about an hour before the party was starting and he set up. It took him roughly about 30 minutes to set everything up by the time our guest started to arrive. He had everything set up. We had close to 15 kids and a handful of adults. The pictures and videos will speak for themselves. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a party at either your home or a venue. My experience with this company was fine, until it wasn't. I booked specific dates and times, but…read morelater I was text-messaged by the company that they needed to adjust my delivery times for both drop off and pick up. Ok, fine. Not a big deal. It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

We went for the Elmo event & giving four stars because my son thoroughly enjoyed this. The MC was…read morewonderful and Elmo was great at interacting with the children. You can tell the costume was most likely from temu or a similar website.. On non-performance days I would rate the facility three stars. It is very barren compared to the other indoor play experience which we have visited nearby. More of an attempt could be made with the decor, perhaps some murals or some more built-ins to tie everything together. Perhaps many small buildings so it actually looks like a small town that the children can explore. We may return again someday if there's another character experience, however we would not return just for the play.

We went for an event this morning and it was truly chaotic. Staff was late to open & the event itself was just not worth &37. It's SOOO small inside. I can't even imagine when they're busy. The girls working the desk were not friendly and just looked annoyed they were there. There's a lot of other indoor play places to bring your kid.. try somewhere else.

Their floral and balloon decor is absolutely beautiful! What I love most is how flexible they are -- they can do full decor and planning, they even offer drop-off florals if you don't need them to set up, or they can just help manage your event on the day-of if you don't want a full planner.
