I'll begin with the lack of communication. A week prior we added more chairs and tables to our original request. When the delivery was made we did not receive those extra tables and chairs. At no time were we told that we would need to pay at delivery until they delivered and then called me asking for payment. Mind you, they delivered on a Friday during working hours so there wasn't anyone to pay them. At that point they threatened to take everything back. Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). I brought it to their attention and they claimed they would pay for it and fix it themselves. It's been 2 months and after number plus calls to the company we have yet to see a check for the damage. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more organized company!!!!

This company has horrible customer service. I just had a party this weekend and rented the laser…read moretag space ship. It arrived damaged with holes, it stunk like mold, the guys who set it up left after it being inflated about 75%. About 40 min later, it started to collapse. We called the guys, they did not come back out. And after speaking to the owner, he spoke (better yet screamed) at my boyfriend and refused to give us a refund ($375), but only a $100 credit toward my next party rental, which is useless, since I will never use them again. Don't deal with this company. They treated my situation terribly, and I rented a bounce house as well, I spent $550, and got treated like crap.
