We held my daughter's 4th birthday at Adrenaline Entertainment Trampoline and were looking for a Mirabel performer to make her day extra special...All the parents and staff at the venue were astonished on how spot on "Mirabel" was to the movie character. Not only was she the spitting image of Mirabel, but she was wonderful and interactive with the children. Everyone loved Mirabel and Chloe who accompanied her. As a business owner myself, I was extremely impressed with Chloe's attention to details, efficiency, and customer service experience - from sending a simple quote, payment, confirmation, follow-up prior to the event, and timeliness - everything was on point with not a single Hiccup. She truly made my daughter's birthday the "Best Day Ever"! Thank you Chloe and Mirabel!

I hired Elsa for my daughters 6th Birthday at $150 a hour. She showed up looking like a homeless…read moreElsa. Her wig was not on straight and her braid was coming apart. She also did not have any make up on. She looked like she slept in her tattered costume and rolled out of her car after a night of binge drinking. I could forgive all of that if she had any personality once so ever. She did not keep the kids entertained nor did I get to take pictures as promised. She also had a Spanish accent, which clearly Elsa does not. I was so upset that I emailed the company after the party and asked for a refund which I was NOT given. They offered me 50% off a future party but after that why would I even hire them again, and throw in the poor customer service. All of the parents were telling me how I should get my money back, even the kids were saying she wasn't real they could see her hair. I would have gladly paid double for a better entertainer. It's not the money but the principle that I did not get what I paid for. You would think for $150 a hour Elsa could get herself a decent wig. My daughters halloween costume at home is more authentic looking. Just bad business.

I was never contacted and had to call at 2:30 PM to find out what was going on. At 2:45 PM, after missing the party, they offered a free home visit, but it was without my granddaughter's friends and family and not the same experience. (They later denied offering me the free performance. ) They finally arrived at 4:30 PM and stayed only 20 minutes. I paid a $120 deposit via Zelle and an additional $50 tip/travel directly to the performer. Despite not fulfilling the contract, they are refusing to refund the deposit. Be aware of poor communication and false promises. I do not recommend this company.
