My experience with this company was fine, until it wasn't. I booked specific dates and times, but…read morelater I was text-messaged by the company that they needed to adjust my delivery times for both drop off and pick up. Ok, fine. Not a big deal. It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

I'll begin with the lack of communication. A week prior we added more chairs and tables to our original request. When the delivery was made we did not receive those extra tables and chairs. At no time were we told that we would need to pay at delivery until they delivered and then called me asking for payment. Mind you, they delivered on a Friday during working hours so there wasn't anyone to pay them. At that point they threatened to take everything back. Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). I brought it to their attention and they claimed they would pay for it and fix it themselves. It's been 2 months and after number plus calls to the company we have yet to see a check for the damage. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more organized company!!!!

The kids were captivated by the games for the entire time! The gentleman who ran the trailer did a great job of keeping the kids happy. The trailer is spotlessly clean, and air-conditioned. They showed up early had the truck set up in about 10 minutes. The AC kept everyone cool and the games entertained the kiddos! Great time, would highly recommend using Energized Games.

When it came to ordering, they were communicative and answered all my questions, came ahead of time for delivery and the Monster Truck bounce house for my son's party was a huge hit. Other bounce companies (ie Jupiter Bounce House) have a $500 delivery minimum and their prices are extreme. Palm Beach Inflatables was totally reasonable.
