I was frantically looking for a new option and thought I would try my hand with South Florida Bounce even though I was thinking it was impossible to get a company to come out with such short notice. I was in tears on the phone when Jack did everything in his power to go above and beyond to make sure my fist graders had an amazing event! 2 Bounce houses and rock climbing for only $100 more than the local company. They more than earned it. Even at the event, the attendants were helping the kids climb and were so friendly with the kids and parents! They didn't just sit there like I've seen with other companies! Upon leaving the picnic, one of my kids said "This was the best Field Trip Ever!" and it truly was, thanks to South Florida Bounce! An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

It arrived damaged with holes, it stunk like mold, the guys who set it up left after it being inflated about 75%. About 40 min later, it started to collapse. We called the guys, they did not come back out. And after speaking to the owner, he spoke (better yet screamed) at my boyfriend and refused to give us a refund ($375), but only a $100 credit toward my next party rental, which is useless, since I will never use them again. Don't deal with this company. They treated my situation terribly, and I rented a bounce house as well, I spent $550, and got treated like crap.
