I couldn't imagine our wedding having been anywhere other than Rayshell Ranch. When I was touring venues I knew it was the one the minute I got there. The drive in is on a long gravel road surrounded by trees that makes you feel like you are being transported away from the busy world to your own little paradise. The venue itself is just gorgeous, when I walked into the beautiful (air conditioned) barn for the first time I actually had tears in my eyes. If you are looking for a country style venue with class and SO much CHARM, this is it. All the decor was included (although you are welcome to bring your own). They have endless decor options to choose from - table runners/lanterns/plate chargers/florals/greenery/candles/card box/etc...I didn't have to buy any of this! Michelle & Lisa are an amazing team, they are extremely knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. They made sure every little detail was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Included with the venue you are given a day of coordinator (Lisa was amazing).. She made sure everything went smoothly and communicated with my vendors so I could enjoy my day. I honestly couldn't imagine if I didn't have her. They offer packages that include vendors such as catering/DJ/etc, or you can just book the venue and choose your own vendors. Side note - I chose to just book the venue and book my own vendors.. after months of searching I ended up choosing all the same vendors that they would have included to begin with (which were also amazing). I am so grateful to Rayshell Ranch for helping us have the most beautiful day and I highly recommend them. read more

My four year-old daughter bags to go to summer camp here to take care of the animals and horseback ride! She loves Alexandria and the other Darling children in the camp! She is homeschooled so Alex helped me maintain her class schedule even while activities prevail. The interior of the barn is very impressive as a wedding venue and as a photographer the little lake out front can produce dreamy pictures! I love driving onto the property as all the friendly dogs give a real farm like touch in my daughter especially likes to ride Penny (which she affectionately calls coin) and America! For the Fourth of July the kids were permitted to paint America as an American flag... what gorgeous pictures! I also love that Alexandra host a parent page with pictures from every class! This is a top of the line program! read more

We looked at a lot of venues to fit our rustic theme and Rayshell Ranch won by a long shot. The package we bought included everything we needed which made planning a breeze. Michelle, the owner, was so great and Lisa, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic! She called me often to make sure the details were what I wanted. The barn was BEAUTIFUL! Every stall had a different theme and my children and guests loved them, especially the game one. I decided to come out of the barn for the first look and we got married across from it (I didn't want the red to clash with my purple and yellow color scheme). The preferred venders were great too. Mission BBQ catered and they went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. Our wedding photographer Cristina was the best. She got some amazing shots and everyone has been so impressed with them. Allie, my bridal makeup artist/ hair stylist was the greatest! She even helped me steam my veil before putting it on me. My husband and I had the best time here. Thanks to all for making our wedding day one we will cherish forever. read more
