Since we were planning a ceremony on the beach and reception on the patio of a seperate restaurant it took a LOT of planning and organizing and Dawn helped us pull together all aspects, from the flowers, walkway, decorations and musician on the beach, to the trolley transporting our guests from the ceremony to the reception, to all of the decorating and set up at the reception. She helped us find the perfect vendors for our photography, video, live music on the beach, DJ at the reception, trolley and all of the details in between that we never would have thought of or been able to pull off!! She was cheerful and pleasant and had all the little things you would need like a pair of scissors. There was a major mix up and delay with the vendor meals that we felt should have been recognized and handled by her or the assistant. Unfortunately over an hour into the reception it was not noticed and the bride and groom had to leave the reception to handle it. With that being said, the couple said they had a good experience and having this service for the planning and day of was a big help.

They have a gigantic warehouse filled with every over the top prop you can think of. Once Cameron looked at the pictures I brought, he ran ideas by me and then came up with a plan for the day. It was a spectacular "look". The other preferred vendors on The Breakers list offered proposals but they didn't have that cohesive look that took the ideas from nice to Wow. Special Event Resource did. Once they were hired, we worked together for a few weeks and on the day of the wedding, we continued to be Wow(ed) all day. From the church flowers, to the cocktail hour, to the reception, to the afterparty, we were excited when we walked in each room and everyone, including me, was left speechless with a "Wow". My second daughter just got engaged and I am looking forward to working again with Cameron Keating and Special Event Resource.
