I rented 350 chairs and 27 tables for my daughter's wedding. We ordered 175 white and 175 brown wooden chairs. The white chairs were dirty with some mold but we were able to clean them with some work. The brown wooden chairs were scratched, broken, and covered in mold. We cleaned them repeatedly, but could not remove the mold. The wooden farm tables were chipped, with crooked legs and water stains on the tops. The 8 and 10 ft. banquet tables had plywood tops with holes in them. Several of them needed 2 tablecloths to cover them just to hide this. I called and was told that "We've been renting these chairs for like 20 years, so there are going to be some scratches on them" and in regards to the mold "I guess the last people that rented them left them out in the rain". That was their explanation for the condition of the chairs we received. I asked to speak with the manager, Austin, and he was not available for several days. He did answer after many calls and said that the condition of his chairs and tables was the "industry standard" and that as far as the mold, he might need to do some re-training with his staff. I called repeatedly and he was never available to speak to him again, as he was either out making deliveries or out of town. I asked for at least a partial refund for the broken, damaged and moldy chairs and have yet to receive anything. Please just be warned about this company. You will not get what you think you are paying for.I asked for the owner's name and contact information, but was told they really didn't know who owned it. I feel like the owner would like to know how this business is actually being run. I am including a few pictures of the chairs and tables, but there were just too many to include them all.

The weather ended up being horrible and I decided to rent the 20x30 pole tent (I think that was the size) and went forward with the part and it held up great in the rain. We improvised last minute by hanging clear paint drop cloths down one side of the tent to keep rain from blowing in on the food tables. We also hung outdoor string lights all around the perimeter and across the middle poles with zip ties and it looked awesome. The kids ended up not getting to use the bounce house bc of the rain but it was a great price as a package so I didn't regret renting it just in case. The guys who came to set it up the day before were awesome and super accommodating when I made them adjust the tent location a couple times (before setting it up haha). Loved the products and the service! Great business. We will definitely use these guys again. Thank you!

The delivery personnel were very friendly and prompt. However, the reservation process was a bit…read moretedious and their rules were unclear at booking. My main issues were that (1) after requesting my reservation on their site (for tables and chairs), I was informed that delivery had a $75 minimum (before tip and fees); and (2) after signing my contract for delivery several weeks in advance, and just a couple days before our event, I was informed that delivery would only be made to the first floor. I would have chosen a different vendor had this been made clear upfront, as the main purpose of delivery was to have things taken to our actual event space.
