Backyard bounce amazing customer service . The nicest people in Tennessee. On time and understanding. I change my dates and they work with me. I truly recommend to rent from them her te Tennessee. I ordered a bounce house, folding tables and white folding chairs to use for my own 30th birthday dinner party that friends and their kids were invited to. The weather ended up being horrible and I decided to rent the 20x30 pole tent (I think that was the size) and went forward with the part and it held up great in the rain. We improvised last minute by hanging clear paint drop cloths down one side of the tent to keep rain from blowing in on the food tables. We also hung outdoor string lights all around the perimeter and across the middle poles with zip ties and it looked awesome. The kids ended up not getting to use the bounce house bc of the rain but it was a great price as a package so I didn't regret renting it just in case. The guys who came to set it up the day before were awesome and super accommodating when I made them adjust the tent location a couple times (before setting it up haha). Loved the products and the service! Great business. We will definitely use these guys again. Thank you! read more

I LOVED the tropical bounce house for my son's birthday party. The crew was quick, very friendly and answered all of my crazy questions. I even ordered tables and chairs from them! I highly recommend using them for future events! read more

READ THE FINE PRINT - We had to cancel a few days before our event due to rain, and they were reluctant to refund us anything. They finally suggested refunding half, which is better than nothing. But that's just not good enough. It's one thing to just cancel for no reason, but I'm sorry, we can't have little kids out in the yard in a thunderstorm. I'm sure their products are fine or whatever, but a terrible first impression to make. There will not be a second. read more

Established in 2007.

In 2007, Backyard Bounce began with just 3 inflatables and a dream! We dreamed of creating a company people could trust to provide fun and entertainment for birthday parties, school events, and church functions. As parents ourselves, we know just how important that Bounce House is when you are expecting 20 kids to show up at your house! The business has grown over the last 10 years. We now have over 80 inflatables, and we still offer impressive customer service and a competitive price.

Meet the Business Owner: Michael A.

My wife and I started this business because we saw a need in the Nashville area for an inflatable company that people could trust. We love seeing the excited looks on the kids faces as their bouncy castle is inflatated in their own backyard. But, we love just as much, the look of relief on their mother's face when she realizes the bouncy castle was delivered on time, it looks great, and the 20 kids on their way to her house will stay outside!
